Overall property was excellent. Home had everything we needed, very clean, games for kids, plenty of towels. Only drawbacks where memory foam mattresses that get hot and construction traffic at driveway entrance

Beautiful home with anything you would need. Great location. Easy to walk to town. Enjoyed the game room and sadly was too hot for fire pit but wood and lighter etc provided with plenty of chairs around pit.

If we could give this property 10 stars we would! An incredible stay to say the least. We planned this trip to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday. We were walking distance to the train which was a breath taking 5 hour ride through the smoky mountains. The property is unbelievably private, perfectly maintained, and easily walkable into the town nearby. Everything about our stay was peaceful. Thank you for sharing this home!!

Beautiful house but not really walking distance to town. Very narrow road to house. The church seniors enjoyed their stay. The listing appeared to have an extra bedroom but it was including the cabin. Too many spiders and bugs but overall, it was good.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re so glad the church seniors enjoyed their time together and that you found the home beautiful! For anyone considering the property, the additional sleeping space is in the separate cabin, which is clearly noted in the listing and pictures. The home is also only about 0.1 miles from downtown Bryson City, and many of our guests have shared how much they enjoy being able to walk into town. That said, as with many mountain properties, the walk may feel different depending on individual comfort level and mobility. Bryson City is located in a temperate rainforest, so insects are naturally part of the mountain environment and as such, the home is professionally cleaned and treated for pests on a regular schedule. We didn’t receive any messages during the stay regarding spiders or bugs, but had we known there was a concern, we would have been happy to address it right away. We truly appreciate you choosing our home and are glad your group enjoyed their stay overall.

This is by far the best home on VRBO. We were so completely satisfied with our stay. The home is stunningly beautiful, and has every thing you could need. I can’t thank these owners enough for sharing this stunning home! The host have great communication. Our only disappoint was that we had to leave!

Wonderful stay in this beautiful home. As an older group, we suggest that safety bars be placed in showers. Other than that, this a delightful home for a large gathering, and I highly recommend this home.

Absolutely loved this home! Five minute walk to downtown Bryson City. House was extremely well equipped. The owners thought of everything. We had a large group and having the extra space with the cabin was fantastic. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions I had. The kitchen was coffee ready , which was a very nice touch for our crew! 1000% recommend! Will definitely stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful home! This is one place where the pictures can't do the property justice. The view of the town with the mountains nearby is wonderful and we loved the walkability. The house is adequately stocked with towels, linens, coffee, lots of little creature comforts that make you feel at home and there was plenty of space for our family! Very kid friendly! We'd absolutely stay here again.

Gorgeous property! Well stocked kitchen. It exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend.

Peaceful, great view of the town of Bryson. Plenty of outdoor seating also. Our whole group of 6 was very impressed with the property.

Our stay was amazing! Our visit was over Thanksgiving and cooked for 10 people. Access to 3 kitchens made preparations a breeze. Walking distance to town and the Polar Express was so convenient. We were all struck by the comfort of the home and the breathtaking views! Our family made some amazing memories here and would love to visit again!
