Welcome to your cozy retreat! This spacious multi-level home features a comfortable living room, a full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen on the first level, complete with a walk-out deck for outdoor enjoyment. The second level includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a double and two twin beds, and a shared full bathroom. On the third level, you'll find another queen bed and two twin beds. The basement offers a relaxed movie room with a futon, a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer for added convenience. Perfect for families or groups looking for a welcoming space to unwind!

1. Leave the condo tidy.
2. Dispose of all trash in the dumpsters.
3. Make sure all dishes are put in the dishwasher and started.
4. Turn off all appliances.
5. Close and lock all windows and doors.
6. Set the thermostat to 60°F in winter and turn heat off in the Summer.
7. Check for any personal items left behind.
8.Leave all dirty towles in the bathroom and sheets on the beds.
