Convenient location

House was convenient to Busch Gardens and also colonial Williamsburg which was a plus. Kids loved the indoor pool on the one rainy day we had. House itself is not the one pictured in the listing so be aware. They are outdated- needs updating on appliances and electronics. One tv had lines running through it and the dishwasher wouldn’t open and close properly. Communication with property manager was good.

King’s Creek

Property, location and amenities were nice but the venue was dull and uneventful. The property seemed to be designed with no activities for middle aged adults. Everything entertaining was off the facility

Not worth the money

Property is completely outdated, from furniture to appliances. Beds, couch, light fixtures, carpet, etc are very old. Appears late eighties. Parking isn't abundant, particularly if your "neighbors" have guests over. You are given a parking placard at check in, but guests apparently don't need it so be prepared for a walk. Due to weather, we didn't get to see amenities so I couldn't comment. Unless advertised under new management and renovated, I do not recommend. Aside from that, staff was friendly and location is close to major access roads. In the end, paid more than I should for what we got.

Awesome experience fully equipped and gorgeous place

I and my family were truly comfortable and all our needs were fulfilled , everything was on hand did not need to search for anyone or anything It was all simply there.

Inaccurate Listing

Photos on listing was model home not the actual cottage. Old decor and the entire cottage was dirty to include something growing in dishwasher. Property manager did offer to refund my money/ comp a weekend at another resort. However, nothing else in the area so that wasn’t an option. Lesson: confirm or ask for actual pictures of what you’re renting.

Girls Getaway

Check in was quick, did not receive any pressure when picking up parking passes to attend sales pitch. Did not use the pools but the gym was great. Cottage was in great condition, only negative was that a thorough dusting needs to be done. We had the three bedroom, which is actually two units, one with two bedrooms and the other with one bedroom. Would definitely rent again in the future.

Nice clean place away from home.

The check in process was super easy. The place was nice and clean and the location was perfect to any surrounding attraction or beach area. We loved it and would go back. The property manager is amazing and super easy to deal with.

Williamsburg Family Vacation

We needed 3 vacation homes for an extended family vacation. Getting the extra home through VBRO worked extremely well.

Great resort with spacious accommodations for a reasonable price! Great location!!

The cottages are very roomy but are in need of some sprucing up! The furniture is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Our unit had NO HEAT one night, but they came pretty quickly the next day to repair. We also had a leaking ice maker in the lockoff unit, but they fixed that too. Beds are comfortable, but couches and chairs need to be replaced.

Loved this Resort

My Family and I traveled to Kings Creek in December 2013 for Christmas and fell in love with this resort and location. The kids had a blast in the indoor pool area and we were nearby Colonial Williamsburg. Comfortable beds, nice layout. Will definitely refer my friends and family!
