Sojourn Lodging provides a unique stay experience in thoughtfully designed tiny homes, surrounded by nature and infused with a warm atmosphere — just minutes from Gatlinburg.

Our cozy 28-foot tiny homes are designed to comfortably welcome extra guests, featuring a main loft with a queen bed plus twin sleeping nook, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom & walk-in shower with a barn door for privacy — all arranged to maximize space without sacrificing coziness. With mountain views and thoughtful details, these tiny homes offer a distinctive blend of simplicity and comfort, making every stay truly memorable.

Living Room
The living space is thoughtfully designed for comfort and entertainment:
◈ Large sofa bed for extra sleeping space
◈ Small table with two chairs for dining or work
◈ Smart TV for streaming your favorites
◈ High-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected or unplug as you wish
◈ Wall-mounted air conditioning/heater with remote for perfect climate control

Kitchenette
The fully equipped kitchenette makes meal prep easy and convenient:
◈ Electric stovetop for cooking
◈ Microwave for quick meals
◈ Refrigerator with freezer for food storage
◈ Coffee maker
◈ Hot-water kettle (with tea bags included)
◈ Plates, bowls, utensils, condiments, and essentials for dining

Bathroom
Though compact, the bathroom has everything you need:
◈ Toilet and hot-cold water shower (hot water lasts ~5 minutes before reheating)
◈ Towels, body wash, shampoo, and toilette paper provided
◈ Small mirror for grooming
◈ Full-length mirror

Loft Bedroom
The main sleeping area is a cozy loft accessed by a short flight of stairs, perfect for those without mobility concerns. It features:
◈ A queen-sized bed with plush linens, pillows, and blankets
◈ Standard plugs and USB charging ports for convenience
◈ Ample lighting and about 3 feet of overhead space

Twin Sleeping Nook
A cozy sleeping space tucked at the rear of the tiny home, ideal for a child or solo sleeper:
◈ Twin-sized bed with linens, pillows, and blanket
◈ Partial privacy from the main living area

This tiny house is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and create a magical Smoky Mountain experience!

Guest Access:
The unit number will be provided at check in time. A free parking slot is located near the tiny house. Please pull into the parking spot for your designated unit number, as there is no front desk at this property. Our check-in is fully automated through a smart lock system.

Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog-friendly. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee, and 1 pet limit per unit.
To ensure our properties remain pet-friendly, pets will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of appropriately. We look forward to hosting you!
