This beautiful garage converted bedroom set up for guests only and it features a comfy queen bed, a 65 " smart TV, a mini fridge, microwave, an office table & chair with high speed internet 500mbps, AC/heating Split system. Guests have access to the kitchen (including fridge), laundry room, backyard and common areas. Check in is very easy and utilizes a code allowing guests for 24/7 access door. Bedroom door has a lock with code.

Guest will have their own bedroom with keypad lock on it, guest have shared bathroom, also can access living room, kitchen and dining area. Laundry is there to use. Light cooking is permitted. Backyard is also available to smoke or just sit and relax.

Note: May have other guests staying in the house during your stay.

1) No Smoking Indoors:
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
2) Food Consumption:
Kindly refrain from eating in the bedrooms.
3) Laundry Usage:
Feel free to use the washer/dryer during your stay (one load, depending on the booking days).
4) Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am.
5) Common Areas:
You are welcome to relax in the living room.
6) Smoking Area:
Designated smoking areas are the backyard or front yard.
7) Noise Control:
Be mindful of noise levels, especially after 10:00 pm to avoid disturbances.
Parking:
8) Parking in the garage is not permitted, Street parking is allowed.
