Very clean, perfect for a large family and easy to locate based on the directions provided. Great communication from Michael. The property manager met us to do a quick adjustment to the dishwasher. He was helpful, friendly and let us know we could contact him directly, should we needed any assistance. Beds were cozy and the configuration provided ample privacy for everyone. We loved the easy access to the river and the view from the decks.The drive from Gardiner was a little longer than I anticipated, but it was not a problem or inconvenience. We would definitely book this property again. Thanks for a great stay.

This is not a single home. This is a triplex. There are 2 other apt like rooms separate from the main house. I was kinda shocked to see someone standing on the deck looking in the dining room. We had no issues with the other tenants thank goodness but just be aware that you are no there alone. We had to share the main deck and gazebo but the 2 balconies were just for us. The location is great and the views are amazing. No washer or dryer on site so you will have to go into town to wash clothes at laundry mat. They do give you more towels and washclothes it just took several days. Kitchen was pretty stocked with pans and cooking utensils. There is a dishwasher and full sized fridge. Each room also has its own air conditioner which was great. Bathrooms both have showers and one has a shower/tub and hair dryers and small bottles of hotel shampoo, conditioner , and lotion. 1 bedroom was downstairs on main level and other 3 were upstairs. Stairs kinda steep for older people or disabled may be an issue. Other than that we had a great time as we only slept there pretty much.

This property is listed as the entire home. IT IS NOT!! This is a 3-plex. The pictures do a good job of making the space appear much larger than it is. There is a fireplace listed as an amenity, but a sign that says do not use. The deck/patio space is difficult to access from the main area as the additional apartments have the access. I had to call VRBO to get check in instructions AND never did get check out instructions. The doors, cupboards, drawers, dressers etc had loose screws, broken handles, just not proper working condition."Janky" would describe the unit. Overall is was pretty clean, the views were great and the space was adequate - just not what is advertised.
