Great, comfortable, pleasant place to stay. Felt secure as well and good access controls were in place. Loved the proximity to all kinds of Philly favorites and historical sites. Host was very communicative, knowledgable about the area and answered all questions promptly before and during our stay. We had a great vacation and enjoyed this space.

Great location was walking distance from a lot of historical sites. Cafe Tolia was the cutest coffee shop; we had breakfast there our first morning.

Superb location for exploring the area. The unit is secure, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom are down a flight of stairs inside the unit. We used the parking garage about 7 minutes down the street (Auto Park at Olde City Garage) which allows in and out if needed but we opted for walking and an occasional Subway or bus ride using the SEPTA app. Great communication from the host. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Location is great. Close to the subway and attractions. Host is very responsive. Only major thing to note is the unit is on two floors. Need to go down a set of stairs for the bedroom and bathroom.

This little property was perfect for a Philly visit. Close to the subway, great places to eat and historic sites. Loved parking the vehicle and walking or taking the subway for what we wanted to do.

Perfect spot in Philly

Great place, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Perfectly located -walking distance to all the major attractions and restaurants. Tiffany (host) was helpful and responded quickly to any questions that we may have had. We will definitely stay there again!

Absolutely wonderful! Clean, comfortable and modern. The communications with management deserve more than 5 stars! Location is fabulous, sitting right in the middle of old town where walking everywhere was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed

The unit was clean and had just enough space to relax and not feel like we were on top of each other. The beds were comfortable and the location was a short walk away from everything! Highly recommend!

Old City Philly

I traveled with my two teenagers. We had everything we needed here, the stay was fantastic, and very homey. Very close to everything, secure, and quiet. Host was super helpful, communicated, and very nice. Highly recommend and we would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was great, very helpful and responsive to messages. The apartment was beautiful and in the PERFECT location for sightseeing. We rented a car but didn't need to - everything is within walking distance of the apartment. In fact, it's easier to walk and not search for parking everywhere you go, especially considering that its only a short walk from the apartment to visit places like the liberty bell. Highly recommend.

Cute apartment with a great location!

Great apartment, can tell it's brand new or has been recently renovated. Amazing location. It's in a quiet part of town but close enough where you can walk to everything. Love the location. It was a little confusing checking into the building, a few more instructions on the floor the apartment was on & how to find it would've been great but overall it was such a nice place! Highly recommend!

We stayed 5 nights. Parking was a major concern for me, but it turned out that there were 3 parking lots within easy walking distance and there was always an empty spot in the closest one. I would advise putting the receipt on the dash. As for the room, there is a steep stairway going downstairs that we 3 seniors didn't love. I have knee problems, but there is a handrail. The w/d seemed fairly new. We could not get towels to dry even though we watched the tutorial and read the handbook left on top of it. The apartment was very quiet and felt safe. It is so convenient to the historical attractions (Betsy Ross home is around the corner) and there are plenty of places to eat down the street. I could not have picked a more tourist friendly place to stay.

My adult daughter and myself had a wonderful stay in this Philly property. The townhouse was just delightful and spacious for the two of us. We loved all of the exposed brick and enjoyed sleeping in the same bedroom on comfy mattresses and pillows. We felt very secure in the building which was located right in the heart of town. Many shops, cafes, galleries, restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. We rented a car and were able to park in a 24 hour lot two doors down from our townhome. Tiffany was a wonderful host who kept in touch and answered all of questions. If we are back in town, we will stay here again.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at this property and had a wonderful time. It's located in an excellent location, with restaurants and all the historical sites (Independence Hall, Betsy Ross home, and all the main Founding Fathers locations) all within walking distance. And an Uber can quickly get you to the Art Museums and other sites.The townhouse was very clean and fresh throughout! And the beds were super comfortable, especially after a long day of siteseeing. Tiffany promptly responded quickly with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this location for a stay in the Old Historic district of Philadelphia.
