Perfect location close to all the downtown happenings during Coast Guard week. Amazingly quiet inside even tho there was plenty of outdoor music happening near and around this property.

Place was perfect for us to stay at for our bike trip. Very close to the Main Street with lots of bars and restaraunts. Place very clean and very quiet. Will stay again when in the area and would recommend to anyone.

Other than not knowing where to park the first day we had a great time. Location is perfect for walking everywhere. Definitely a great area to walk, shop and explore.

Location was the reason we chose this spot. Great for walking, getting coffee and shopping. Walls are little thin, can hear the neighbors talking on the phone. Bathroom could use a refresh. Overall it was good for the price

Our stay was very pleasant! Quiet street and nostalgic accommodations. Great location being close to the downtown area. Host was very communicative and easy to deal with. Thanks for a nice stay!

The property has not been invested in. The bathroom floor tile is breaking in spots and the grout worn away. The shower leaks water onto the floor due to a curtain that doesn’t reach the floor. If we had used the kitchen to cook there would have been more cleaning g required as it seemed to only be spot cleaned. The bed was comfortable but the bedroom got extremely cold at night and there is no way to control temperature within the apartment unit. The doors were scraped up, in need of repair and the bathroom door sometimes would get stuck making it hard to leave. Being close to the waterfront and downtown is a plus for the location of the unit. Overall I couldn’t give it a high rating because of the lack of care.

Could have had pots and pans in kitchen, hangers in closets, a book maybe stating where to park and things to do. We had no idea where to park for hours after we checked in, which was very frustrating, especially with signs saying our vehicle could be towed if not parked in correct spot. The door also, we could see out the bottom and sides of it, which was a little creepy. The bed was comfortable, and the place was cute.

Good: steps from downtown. OK: spartan furnishings at best. Poor: lack of air conditioning control. The thermostat is in the attached garage. How a garage thermostat is supposed to control the air in the house is beyond me. Two of our nights the AC was on continuously and it was like a meat locker in the unit. We went into the garage to turn off the system entirely at 2am.

No hair dryer No thermostat in apartment and no extra blankets in unit Rust and mold all over the bathroom The toilet overflowed multiple times, and when the maintenance man came he said “I was just getting ready to punch out too” Front door is a closet door and can easily be broken into The couch is very uncomfortable and dilapidated When talking to the host, he was not helpful at all but instead said nobody else has complained. The toilet clearly had been worked on multiple times because it had scratches in the porcelain
