Denna vackra tre sovrum, vilar 2. 5 badrum hem på två tunnland avskilt, skogsområde på norra kanten av Amarillo, nära sjukvårdsdistriktet. Perfekt för och enskilda eller par, men också rymmer en familj på sex mycket bekvämt. Bakgården är stor och kommer med en torr bäck som har en massiv träd hus, perfekt för en familj med barn. Området är extremt tyst och ser mycket lite trafik. Huset har nyligen genomgått en fullständig ombyggnad och är i princip helt ny. Titta bara på bilderna och du bestämmer dig.

Perfect family size

Loved the 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house for extra space when family came to celebrate a graduation. The kitchen is so cute and the beach/vacay theme throughout was so well done. The extra hangout room was great we will definitely rent again when family comes to town. Quiet cute neighborhood a real plus too.

Great place for a second stay!

While a few hiccups at check-in, the owners of the property quickly engaged and rectified and were solution oriented. The home was great as we remembered, and we appreciated the small touches such as baked cookies themed for graduation (reason for our stay), a great bottle of champagne and the grill re-cleaned during our stay for use. Definitely a repeat home for stay!

Great house!

This house was super-cute! Everything was as expected from the listing. We only stayed 2 nights so didn't cook anything in the kitchen, but it appeared to be very well stocked. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends looking to relax.

Amarillo's Tucked Away Tropical Retreat

This VRBO is safe, affordable, ultra clean, swanky, and has multiple comfortable seating arrangements to relax in after a long day of travel. It gave me Golden Girl vibes in the best way. I would have preferred a keurig because that's what I'm used to, otherwise it's a spacious oasis lacking for nothing!!

Great get away

Nice stay in a nice neighborhood. Only complaint was the neighbor kids shining lasers at us along with trying to video us from their second story window, while we were enjoying time on the patio.

This house was perfect!! Love how it’s decorated! The beds were very comfy, the back yard is amazing! The house is fully stocked with everything you need and more!! It was very clean and the neighbor is fabulous! We will definitely stay again next time we come back to Amarillo!

Felt Like Home for 2 Weeks!

What a wonderful property in so many ways!!! We stayed here for two weeks in July/ August while my husband was in Amarillo for work. The property is so fun, fresh and funky! The floor plan is large and easily accommodated our family of 5, and even plus the nieces and nephews when they came to visit. The property is on a large sprawling lot that backs up to a beautiful creek. The home is fully stocked and beds very comfortable. We Would’ve loved a King bed in the master, but the bed was still great! The two living rooms were wonderful for having kids with us! The property owners live next door and are so kind abs accommodating. Our a/c even went out and was fixed with in 2 HOURS! The neighbor is quaint and quiet, and safe. This is a little out of town, but still a quick drive abs worth it for the serenity! Thank you so much!!!

Fun, clean, reasonably priced accommodations

In town to visit family, we typically stay with my parents, and have only recently tried VRBO. The first time was last summer, when we wanted to see family, but wanted also to maintain some distance during COVID-19; and now again, as my parents’ home is under renovation. Last summer’s property was not available for our preferred dates, thus, we chose this one. We’re new to VRBO, but we rely heavily on reviews when making a selection of hotel/resort/rental, therefore I’ll do my best to be thorough and objective here. First, the neighborhood is lovely. A bit out-of-the-way, but not inconveniently so, the area is very quiet (the train tracks nearby are no issue at all), there’s very sparse traffic, and the natural environment is green and pretty. My impression is that it’s very safe for walking or jogging, free from both excessive vehicle traffic and nefarious characters. The house is good. It met nearly all of our needs, based on the VRBO listing. When we arrived, the code given for back door access didn’t work, but a quick call to the property manager for the correct code resolved the minor hiccup. There was a plate of beautiful cookies in the kitchen, along with a bottle of Prosecco—a charming and unexpected welcome. Bedrooms are close together, which is helpful given that we have young children. The kitchen/family room area is spacious and open, so it’s easy to gather, eat, watch tv, and all be together. The beds were comfortable. Bath linens and bath mats were plentiful and high quality. The carpet in the bedrooms and the rug in the family room are rather dodgy in a few places, but we had house shoes for padding around the house, so if spots bother you, bring house shoes of some type. The carpet didn’t seem dirty, just spotted from years of heavy use. I suppose that may be typical of vacation rental. The house was very clean—not a single insect or arachnid and no cobwebs. We had a misunderstanding, hopefully resolved satisfactorily, regarding garage use. Even though the code which opened the back door from which we accessed the home also opened the garage door, the garage is not available for guest use. This is a bit of a concern to us during hailstorm season or severe winter weather trips. Again, new to VRBO, we now know to clarify things like that before assuming that accessibility means available for guest use. In all, this is a fun, very clean, safe property at a very reasonable price.

Fabulous Property!

We came to Amarillo for a family event. Our three grown children, two spouses and three grandchildren. The house was perfect, it felt like home. The house was so well decorated. It felt like home. Everything was provided for us. We could not have had a better experience.
