Semester på vårt lokalt ägda, välskötta, paradisparadis vid stranden, beläget på South Seas Club, ett säkert 55 tunnland gated community med vackert anlagda grunder, vandringsleder, 8 tennisbanor, 8 pickle ballbanor, 2 bocce ballbanor, putting green, och många båtbryggor.

Njut av utsikten över en enorm uppvärmd pool, vattendrag i vattnet 3 1/2 mil med vit sandmånstrand, spektakulära solnedgångar och vildmarksreservat allt från din balkong. Alla rum är snyggt inredda och bekvämt inredda.

Vår lägenhet är utrustad med allt du behöver för att njuta av en avkopplande vistelse inklusive strandhanddukar, stolar och paraply. Allt du behöver är dina personliga föremål.

Nice condo on the beach

If you’d like to be on the beach, this is a nice condo to stay at. Easy walking access to the beach, good view from condo.

Florida Getaway!

Great trip, enjoyed Marco Is., host of VRBO was excellent, attentive & took great care of us. I would recommend this condo & location to any family or couples looking to get away & relax in FL. Will definitely use again if/when we return to FL!

AMAZING

We’ve been renting at South Seas on Marco for over 20 years and this was definitely our best experience yet! Bob thd owner was absolutely first class! The condo was spotless and has everything anyone would need on vacation. Already planning to return.

Great Gulf View!

Really nice property! Convenient to shops and restaurants, our only complaint was that the twin mattress were very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on(especially when you are older). No hand soap, toilet paper

Great condo with a better view!

Everything was as expected and clearly explained either before our arrival or by the binder located on the property. The condo building was clean and quiet. The pool was wonderful and the beach access was great as well. We even walked down to the paddle board/kayak rental one day and really enjoyed that too. Would definitely recommend! Condo has everything you need for the beach - umbrellas, chairs, coolers, and a cart to haul it all. We never felt like we had to contact the owner as everything was right in front of us and clearly explained. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation and we would definitely return to Marco Island and this very property!

Beautiful property, but too many rules!!

We rented at South Seas for our spring break April 2024. Unfortunately the complex had too many rules that we will not be returning in the future. The Good: - The condo complex is beautiful and secure. - Our condo unit was clean and neat. The kitchen is well stocked. The balcony has a fantastic view and the furniture set up is perfect. There are plenty of beach towels, four good beach chairs, a beach cart and a cooler with wheels. - The owner was responsive with any questions. The Bad: Everyday there is a pool attendant that circles the pool looking for violations. Like a predator looking for prey. - There is absolutely NO food at the pool. We have vacationed all over Florida for the past 15 years, and have never had this as a rule at any condo that we have rented. *This was not listed in the condo description. -There is no jumping into the pool. We witnessed a little toddler trying to jump into her dad's arms in the pool, and they were immediately yelled at. - Pool closes at sunset. Security is there to enforce the closing time. -This is not a pool setting for families with kids. - Our family loves to be active. South Seas has a very nice recreation complex including: tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffle board, a putting green and bocce ball. We were able to enjoy these amenities early in the day, but unfortunately they close and lock the gates at 7:00! Overall, this is not a family friendly complex. Go somewhere else if you have kids!!

Wonderful stay at Marco Island

We just got back from a week long stay. The condo was just the right size for our family of 4. It had everything we needed for a week at the beach (chairs, umbrella, towels, even some beach toys). We only used the pool once for a short time so I can’t really give an honest review, my family really prefers the beach. The condo is in a great location, lots of restaurants/shops just a short drive away. We’ll definitely be back.

Spring Break Family Trip

We absolutely loved this condo!! First of all Robert the owner was awesome!! He actually called me to talk to me after I rented his unit and told me to call him if I had any questions before or during the trip! Condo was very clean and the view was great!! It was nice that he had beach chairs and other beach accessories right in the condo! They access to the beach is easy!! It is a little walk to the beach but it is a beautiful walk! My wife and two girls loved it so much we will definitely be back to rent the same place next year!! The sunset view is amazing!!
