Located just one mile from the Heritage Trail and Sleeping Bear Dunes, this spot is ideal for long walks, biking, and cross-country skiing. Golfers will love the proximity to both Sugar Loaf and Manitou Passage golf courses.
Perfectly situated between the charming towns of Leland and Glen Arbor, you’ll enjoy easy access to local restaurants, beautiful beaches, and boutique shopping. And for a scenic adventure, take the 13-mile drive to the breathtaking Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.

Getting Around:
Wintertime Guests: Welcome to northern Michigan, where our wintertime weather can swing from glorious to ferocious in a flash. Each of our properties has snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 3 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
**Please note: Only 6 guests are allowed to be at the home at a time.**
A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1,000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
DOCK - You can expect the dock to be available for use Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. A mooring ball just beyond it is available for mooring between boat rides. Winds and waves pick up super-quick and can cause damage to boats and docks. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues.
