The condo had all the amenities, tv remote in living room needed battery and sheets needed changed in smaller bedroom. Other than those minor things it was on the beach and loved the balcony.

All good except on arrival tv wouldn’t work. Tv hadn’t been set up and when it was tv kept cutting off. This was the tv in living room. Only other problem was the front door wouldn’t close all the way unless you were paying close attention.

The condo was as advertised. It is in a great location, of course being right on the beach with great views, but also within a couple minutes of many different restaurant options. Our girls enjoyed several nights at the volleyball net and in the pool. And we all enjoyed the beach! This is actually our second time at Summerchase but in a different unit. We very much enjoy our time in Orange Beach with the only down side being that we have to leave each time!

This is our 2nd stay at this exact condo and same room! The check in/out process is super easy and everything is perfect! We did miss the balcony sitting this trip due to it being closed but we made the best of it!

We have stayed at several different places at Gulf Shores and Orange Beach over the years and Summerchase was the best yet, The employees were very nice and friendly, Also the security staff were very nice and helpful,

Great location

Great location!! Easy process for checking in and out. The mattress in the bedroom was flipped upside down so we had to flip it and the floor was not the cleanest but overall a great place to stay!

Wonderful stay for 6

Great stay! Enough room for teenagers, and the wife myself. Publix, Walgreens, Sbux very close. The best part of this property is its on the beach! I was able to sneak in a little work and sit on the beach facing patio. Liquid Life is a great property manager. If you need anything, they respond like a hotel would. The condo itself it beautiful. I would consider living here as a snowbird one day! We love the white sandy beaches on the Alabama Coast. The fishing here is world class. Close to the marina. Gulf Shores State Park is down the street too. We'll be back!

Great location

Summerchase is a great location. The condo is nice, but needs some attention. The main bath shower doesn’t drain well and emits an ammonia smell. The master bed needs a good mattress pad. You can feel the coils on the bed. Kitchen is well stocked and second bedroom is roomy.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was lacking from the start. There was water damage in the ceiling in the 2nd bathroom. The fan in the master bedroom didn't work. The floors left your bare feet black. The 2nd bedroom was missing the tv remote. And to top it off, there were roaches in the kitchen. The whole Sumerchase building was sprayed during our stay, but once we saw multiple roaches we asked to be be moved. We notified Liquidlife of these issues. But nothing was addressed until the morning that we requested to be moved. Liquidlife did provide a comparable condo in another building down the road. But the only apology we received was from the maintenance guy who showed up the day we were moving to the 2nd condo. We have stayed many times in OBA and have stayed in this building once before. I like the layout of the condo and the large master bathroom shower. But this was by far the worst experience with a condo.

Summerchase is a great building- nice location, good pools, clean- the condo itself-605- very outdated, sofa extremely old and sunken, floors so dirty our feet were black, fan in bedroom didn’t work, switches on walls didn’t operate properly, tvs didn’t have proper remotes- etc- we would stay in building again but not that condo.
