Enjoy the best of DC, from a renovated three-bedroom townhouse featuring a private hot tub, a fenced backyard, and multiple spaces to relax and gather. Located on a residential street near H Street NE and Union Market, this home offers a comfortable home base for families, friends, and groups exploring DC.

After a day visiting DC's monuments, museums, and neighborhoods, unwind in the hot tub, enjoy dinner on the patio, or relax on the spacious mail level. ————————————————————————— This two-level home offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bathroom, with room to spread out.

Living areas: Two separate living spaces provide room to socialize, watch TV, or relax after a day exploring the city.

Kitchen and dining: A fully equipped kitchen, kitchen island with additional seating, and dining table that seats eight make meals and gatherings convenient.

Sleeping arrangements: The home has three bedrooms with three beds: one California king and two queens. Reservations for more than six guests, up to the maximum of eight, require additional guests to sleep on the living-room couches. These couches do not convert into beds.

Entertainment: Each bedroom has an internet-connected TV.

Laundry: An in-home laundry area for added convenience.

Outdoor spaces: Enjoy a deck off the living area, a backyard dining patio, garden seating, sun loungers, and a private hot tub.

Upper-level deck: Take in views of the top of the Washington Monument and afternoon sunsets.

One of the home's highlights is its fenced backyard, offering several areas to enjoy the outdoors.

Soak in the private hot tub during its designated operating hours, dine outside, or relax in the garden. The outdoor spaces offer a welcome retreat after a busy day in the city.

Rey is a wonderful host. There is plenty of room for a family to be comfortable. The location makes it easy to Uber downtown or drive to monuments. Guaranteed a pleasant stay with Rey.

Monica and her family were great guests. Monica was very friendly and easy to communicate with. They took amazing care of the property. Highly recommend and would rent to Monica in a heartbeat. 5star guest!

Communication with the owner was great; let us check in early as soon as our flights arrived. The house was very well stocked. All of the beds slept great. Parking was easy, we always found a spot right in front of the house.

Great property

We stayed at this property during a short 3 day trip to DC. Rey was a gracious host who allowed us to drop our bags off early. He was quick to respond to any of our messages. The property was well stocked with everything we needed.

I can’t say enough about the communication, the amenities, the location… I would definitely stay here again! The host went above and beyond communicating with me during an issue I had that didn’t even have anything to do with the property. Offered local assistance. Truly a great experience

Good trip

I stayed for a few days at this property and it was great. It is a cool space and very comfortable. Very clean and well stocked. The only issue was a strong fragrance coming from a scent diffuser. I unplugged it and it was fine after that. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
