Helt ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Nybyggd luftkonditionering och värmare, ny dusch. Fantastisk utsikt över de klippiga bergen som det är omgiven av. Centralt beläget i Gardiner så att du är mycket nära alla nödvändigheter, bank, livsmedelsbutik, postkontor, restauranger, kyrkor, barer, kasinon, skönhetssalonger, bensinstationer, och listan fortsätter. Cozy, comfortable, thoughtful

We LOVED this cabin so much! If what you are looking for is a place that is cozy, comfortable, welcoming, and so very thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything you need to feel at-home, this cabin is just what you're looking for. You won't find luxury or high-end finishes here - but what you'll find is the perfect place to call home while you're visiting. Who needs luxury and high-end stuff anyway with elk visiting the yard, and YNP literally less than a 2-minute drive right down the street. Our family of four, with 2 young kiddos, felt like we had plenty of space to enjoy our time together and make some truly amazing memories.

Perfect Yellowstone Location

This cabin is small but had everything we needed for myself, my wife, our 3 kids ages 8-14 and our golden retriever. This property is 6-7 blocks from the north Yellowstone entrance. The town is small with great local restaurants within walking distance of the cabin and no major chain restaurants or businesses, which was refreshing. Terry was very responsive and allowed us to check in early when we hit town, no hassle whatsoever. Perfect quiet location and we will absolutely be back. Arguably our best family vacation of quite a few we’ve been fortunate to experience.

Cute vintage cozy cabin vibes!

This was a great location near Yellowstone! We loved coming home to elk in the yard and easy access to local stores and restaurants. This was a perfect, cozy stay. It was definitely vintage and well lived in but it worked for us!

Buyer Beware

While "Mamma Terry" was a prompt communicator she wasn't very kind when there was a notable issue -- the space was advertised on VRBO as a 2-bedroom but was only a one bedroom with a sofa bed and elevated camp cot. Please note that the single bedroom was photographed with two different styles of bedding which would further lead one to falsely believe this was solidly a 2 bedroom. The listing was amended on May 9 for VRBO to a one-bedroom. This set up made for tricky arrangements for 5 adults. One of the adults put the camp cot in the kitchen to sleep.Mamma Terry did a great job blaming everyone else for this misrepresentation and shared with me how difficult this vacation rental business is. Her original firm and highly crabby solution was to refund us and tell us to go get a hotel room. Ultimately she did make a pricing accommodation and sort of apologized. Mind you she also had a 3 bedroom next door that was vacant but swapping to that space met with a firm and very unaccommodating "No"...The accommodations were okay but some amenities like pillows, sheets, BATH MAT in particular, and towels need a little refresh so you don't feel like you're using 10-year old towels.The highlight of our stay was Yellowstone, of course.

Nice rustic cabin. Close to everything. Big kitchen and a nice family room. It’s cozy. The outside entertainment is awesome.

Cozy Cabin in Gardiner

The property was beautiful and centrally located around Yosemite. The host was very accommodating and had instructions for how to use everything in the house. Very kind of her to let us bring our dogs who very much enjoyed gawking at the elk from the yard.

Great Stay In Gardiner

This is a small one bedroom property ideal for a couple. Location is fantastic. A few minutes drive into Yellowstone's north entrance, a well stocked small grocery store, and restaurants within easy walking distance. Although it is on the "main road", it is very quiet here, no traffic noise at all. Inside is very clean. We thought the bed was very comfortable, but the living room sofa and chair were not. (they are a bit old and tired) Having a washer/dryer is very convenient. We had a very positive experience here, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Gardiner. (by the way, we loved the town, everyone we spoke to was friendly-hope to visit again one day)

This is a great location. It is very close to the North Entrance of Yellowstone Park. We never knew when elk were going to pop up across the street!

Perfect place for Yellowstone

Yellowstone Getaway

My husband and I spent 6 days here to visit Yellowstone. It was extremely convenient, just minutes from the park. A good place for the 2 of us, easy to park, we made several meals there. It was always nice to walk outside and see elk, sometimes in the yard! I received a quick response if I had a question about anything.

Super Convenient to Yellowstone

Great little house, very close to the north entrance of Yellowstone. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well appointed. Good location in town, easy walk to several shops and restaurants. Only complaint was that the fenced in backyard was shared with another house. We were hoping to be able to let our dog roam around a bit, but that was not possible.

Gardiner non-2 bdrm house

This property was advertised as a 2-bedroom which it is not. This is very small (500 sq ft) 1 bedroom (double bed) with a hide a bed in the living room. I don’t consider the living room a second bedroom nor should VRBO. To ad insult to injury…when you open the hide-a-bed, no one in the house can get to the bathroom without crawling over the bed. There’s a rickety linen cabinet in the way that should be moved. This property charges a cleaning fee but asks you to do more cleaning than I think is fair. You are expected to wash/dry all dishes (which is fair) wash/dry the towels, strip the beds and wash the sheets before departing. Also, beware of the designated parking on the side of the house which is under a pine tree that spits sap all over your car. Park in front of the property to avoid this. The property is well located just minutes from the north entrance to Yellowstone and walking distance to many restaurants. It is on a major street but the traffic noise isn’t too bad.

I moved to Gardiner in 2004 to manage the westernaire motel, my husband being retired wanted to live in Gardiner so as time moved on we decided to invest in the community and found this unique property.

Because this property is so close to my work and has a lot of potential, with my husbands eye for upgrading it has been an adventure and will continue to be. The area is so beautiful with the rocky mountains and Yellowstone park, the wildlife wondering around and coming to visit, there is always something new and exciting to see. A great place to live or play.

this cabin is so cute a perfect place to call home even for just a short time. Large windows, cute fenced yard, all the comforts of home in a rustic package.
