Its offerings include; a gated entry with plenty of parking for friends and family, and 3 garage spaces with EV charging station. Upon entry of the oversized double custom doors you will be greeted with 25 foot ceilings boasting ample natural light, and highlighted by custom floating staircase and modern yet elegant fixtures. The north side of the estate features a meticulously designed custom kitchen with 12 foot ceilings, highest quality appliances and fixtures, thoughtfully designed to provide you with ease for entertainment and indoor outdoor Florida living. The south end of the main level includes an inviting master suite with king bed and oversized ensuite with dual sinks, make-up station, dual shower, and walk-in closet. Also on the South wing is an additional bedroom ensuite equipped with a sofa bed and office space. Prior to arriving at the air conditioned 1 car garage with fitness center, you will see the conveniently located 1st floor laundry facility. As you ascend the floating staircase onto the second level you will be enamored by the 11 foot second floor ceilings and brilliant layout which provides the renter a king master wing of their dreams, including a morning kitchen and large terrace along with a well appointed ensuite with dual sinks, a walk-in closet and dual shower. Crossing the open walkway to the south end of the second story you will appreciate the natural light once again! The open loft and wet bar makes for a perfect area to relax and watch your favorite movie or game. There are 3 additional bedrooms Jack (king), Jill (king), and Queen (queen), 2 bathrooms (Jack and Jill with Tub), and Queen ensuite in bedroom. There is also a second level laundry room to enhance your luxury living experience. Returning to the custom staircase to access your roof top terrace will undoubtably be a staple in your daily routine. The Terrace sits more than 50 feet above sea level and offers amazing sunrise views over the ocean as well as gorgeous sunsets framing the preserve. Additional outdoor amenities to fulfill your lavish stay include a custom pool and spa, putting green, outdoor kitchen bar and entertainment, and cabana bath. All bedrooms, outdoor bar, and loft are equipped with televisions. Unforgettable Memories in the Dreamiest Space

I booked this house for my best friend’s bachelorette party, and it could not have been more perfect. From the moment we pulled up, we knew we were in for a great weekend. The house is stunning—tons of space, beautifully decorated, and super clean. Every room felt like its own little retreat, which was great since we had a big group and everyone had their own space to relax whenever they needed a break from the festivities.One of the girls brought her little one along, and the host was kind enough to help us connect with a local nanny. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a big difference. The baby joined us for some of the more low-key moments, which was really sweet, and having the option of a nanny gave our friend the chance to fully enjoy the times planned just for the girls.We spent our days lounging by the pool, sipping cocktails in the hot tub, and soaking up the sun. One morning we did a mini spa day at the house—face masks, mimosas, the whole vibe—and another day we hit the beach, which was just a short stroll away. We cooked group dinners, played games, danced, and even did a little sunset yoga on the balcony. It was truly a time we’ll never forget—so many laughs, so much love, and memories we’ll be talking about for years.This house made the whole experience feel extra special, and I’d absolutely book it again. If you’re planning a bachelorette, girls’ trip, or even a big family getaway, this spot is such a win.

The Ultimate Escape – Even Better Than the Photos

From the moment we booked, Lourdes was amazing. Super friendly, super helpful, and just genuinely awesome to work with. She checked in before we arrived, made sure we had all the info we needed, and was quick to respond if we had any questions. You can tell she really cares about making sure her guests have a great experience.The house itself? Even better than the photos. It’s spacious, clean, and has such a great vibe. The pool and hot tub were where we spent most of our time, but the gym was a fun extra. The kitchen had everything (seriously—everything), and there was plenty of space for our whole crew to hang out without feeling crowded.It’s also super family-friendly—there were games, toys, and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The beach is close by, the views are beautiful, and we felt totally at home the entire time. Can’t say enough good things. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay at a perfect location

What an amazing location, my family and I can’t wait to go back! This home knocked it out of the park for our stay. It is beautifully designed with every comfort in mind. Owner was so responsive and thoughtful. Close to the beach but if you want to stay at the house (and you will!) the pool was the perfect place to relax. Spacious rooms, everything you need and could want is right on site. We are already planning our next trip down!

We love our stay in this property, the family felt in love with this place. A True Paradise! From the moment we arrived at this private gated community, we knew we made the right choice. The location is unbeatabl just five minutes from the beach, making it perfect for early morning walks and sunset views. The ocean view from the home is absolutely stunning, adding to the serene atmosphere.Inside, the brand-new construction high-end finishes and a sleek, modern kitchen that is both stylish and functional. The upstairs master suite was a dream, featuring a morning bar with a coffee maker, LOVE IT!! making it easy to wake up and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee while enjoying the view. The downstairs master is equally impressive, with a beautifully designed makeup area illuminated by LED lights, adding a touch of elegance.The master bath was a true retreat, with sensor lights under the vanities, creating a spa-like style. Speaking of relaxation, the private pool and spa were perfect for unwinding, and the outdoor kitchen made everything just PERFECT!!This home is truly an amazing paradise, offering luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable location. An Incredible Stay! Highly Recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous property, and I can't recommend it enough! The location is unbeatable - a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made the beach day a breeze. The home itself is brand new with high-end finishes that truly make it feel so elegant. The sleek modern kitchen was very spacious with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in (will be asking the owner where she got them!) Every detail was carefully considered for a perfect stay. The amenities are incredible – we loved the private pool and spa, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. We got to grill outside while our kids played in the pool with the outdoor kitchen which was a great touch. We had so much fun playing on the putting green and enjoying corn hole in the yard. Plus, the ocean view from the property is beautiful! The home was in a private gated entry which I appreciated. There were even thoughtful welcome amenities that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived and so sweet of the owner. This place is truly a gem! Can’t wait to come back. If you're looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway with easy access to the beach, this is the place to be!

Great on all levels!

Everything was awesome. House is super well kept and everything was fantastic with the house. Me and my family were in town for a golf tournament and the house worked great as a home base for the week.We will stay again next year!
