Villa Cefiro, which means sea breeze or zephyr, captures the best qualities of air and light. This fresh and fresh newly built villa is well equipped for a comfortable stay.

Walk 10 minutes on a private path to an incredible beach or just relax on your patio watching the wildlife in neighboring trees.

It is located in a Pet Friendly Home. Only one pet is allowed per stay, and this must be approved in advance. Before making the reservation, please check with us the conditions and policies of the Pet Friendly House, as well as the possibility of bringing a second pet. Please note that an additional fee of $30 applies for each pet's stay.

Villa Cefiro is the perfect escape for one or two people.

The king size bed is fitted with a genuine orthopaedic mattress and quality linens. A cozy, but complete kitchen includes a french press for coffee, 2 burner gas cook top , large toaster oven, refrigerator, dishes, cookware, and a water dispenser. The windows are all screened open air - no air conditioner needed - and there are overhead and wall fans. The patio has a dining set for two, a hanging chair and a hammock and the house is surrounded by gardens. From your patio you can watch the wildlife in the tree tops.

You are a 10 minute walk to a beautiful, unspoiled beach much more private than most. A short bike ride will take you to several other awesome beaches including some popular surf beaches, or snorkel and swim beaches. There are a variety of restaurants in walking or biking distance, and you can always grab a taxi or a tuk tuk if you prefer. The Jaguar Rescue Centre is also walking or biking distance if you plan to visit.

It is only a 30 minute bike ride into the town of Puerto Viejo, 45 or more if you slow pedal and enjoy the sights or make frequent stops to see wildlife or wander the beach. Slow pedaling is the way to go here. Pura Vida is a lifestyle, slow down and enjoy your surroundings.

The property boasts two beautiful one-bedroom apartments. Villa Cephiro and Villa Gaia, plus a larger 2-bedroom home. Each home has its own private entry and gardens provide privacy between them. They are perfect for renting individually or for renting out the whole space!
