I hjärtat av OTRs livliga historiska distrikt. Vackert renoverad lägenhet med 2 sovrum, belägen på 3: e våningen. Gångavstånd till alla de bästa restaurangerna, barer, affärer, sportevenemang. Ziegler Park och Ziegler Pools kan avnjutas steg bort. Plus gratis parkeringskort för The Ziegler Garage som ligger direkt bakom byggnaden. Vi har 2 andra listor i vår byggnad. En annan 2 sovrum och ett mindre 1 sovrum.

Det finns 2 drottning sovrum, varje rymmer (2) ytterligare enkelsängar om så önskas. Alla sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Vi har också ett fullt utrustat kök. Det är verkligen ditt hem hemifrån!

Den nya Cincinnati-spårvagnen arbetar upp till 18 timmar om dagen och 365 dagar om året. Biljettpriset är $ 1 för två timmar och $ 2 för en dagskort! Spårvägslinjen är 3. 6 miles lång, reser på en slinga från Second Street (vid bankerna vid floden) till Findlay Market i OTR. Vi finns 1 och 1/2 kvarter från Streetcar plocka upp. Uber och Lyft är rikliga i detta område och det är ofta billigare än en hytt eller parkeringsmätare. Red Bike Rentals 1 och 1/2 kvarter bort. Från flygplatsen kan du ta TANK-bussen till $ 2 och det släpper dig av vid 5: e och Main. Lägenheten är 13 och Main ... 9 kvarter bort. Detta är ett ganska snabbt och billigt alternativ.

Amazing Walk Up

This cute walk up was amazing. The little details like the chalkboard front door, the menus hung in the kitchen, the kitchen items and so much more. The upstairs bedrooms were just as nice as the main floor.

Great stay during graduation weekend

Super fun and homey place. We loved all the eclectic decorations. This was a great place to relax between multiple graduation activities. This is in a great location and easily walkable to many restaurants, bars, and shops. There are some stairs to climb to access the space so be aware of that if you have anyone with mobility challenges. It was clean and comfortable and very well stocked. Sheets and towels were clean and soft. Communication with the owner was great.

What a cute and quirky condo! Perfectly decorated. Our family enjoyed all the fun games throughout the house. The location was perfect, walking distance to so many stores and restaurants. The free parking garage was a huge plus. Loved all the extra touches.

Great location for night life

Easy process and great communication with Denise. Centrally located and easy walks to trolley line, plenty of bars/restaurants and night life in the area. It can get a little noisy at night but that is to be expected given the location.

Girls Birthday Weekend

Apartment is very cute and is centrally located in OTR. The bar scene is very active outside the apartment, so keep that in mind. We were celebrating my niece’s 21st birthday, so we didn’t mind. What we loved: plenty of towels and linens, washer and dryer, hair dryer, comfortable beds (even the twin rollaways were decent), plenty of extra dishes and glasses, internet was great, lots of recommendations for food and entertainment placed around the apartment. Things to consider: apartment is located on the third floor. Crowds and noise from nearby bars in the front bedroom and living room though the back bedroom was quiet! This is a pet friendly VRBO.

Great Downtown Cincinnati apartment!

This cute apartment is centrally located to all the places to visit as a tourist in Cincinnati, it was very nicely appointed and had whimsical touches. The host left good coffee with filters and a great coffee pot! Fantastic play ground around the corner for my 3 year grandson! The apartment is up two flights of stairs and the bedrooms are up a circular staircase in a historic building. Thanks so much!!!

Super cute getaway downtown!

We really loved staying here! My kids all under 8 loved this place! They loved looking at all the treasures and how unique the place is. We also loved the location! The playground is such a nice added bonus! The unit is super clean and there is everything that you would need- she does think of everything- yes the front bedrooms are nosey but there is a sound machine- I also loved that she provided a parking spot huge added bonus

Just a weekend trip to see the Reds

This was our second time to stay in this exact apartment. Denise is a great host and easy to work with. It's a lovely apartment in a great location with the park/pool right behind the building. Within walking distance of lots of great restaurants, shops, and bars. The trolley/tram stop is just a block & half away, and it is free and runs from the Findlay Market to the East all the way down to the ballpark on the West. It does get very loud at night, especially in the front bedroom, so be prepared for that.

Great Place With One Minor Issue

Overall, a well-maintained, convenient place to say. The only misgiving about the property is the noise level outside. Fortunately, I was able to sleep in the back bedroom, but the front bedroom was invaded by the thumping bass of the nightclub across the street, sirens, revelers in the street until 2 AM. Great if you're part of that scene. Beyond that, recommended for sure.

An unexpected change to our stay

We did not end up staying at this location because we were concerned about the neighborhood and walking there at night. Since we were staying with two dogs that needed late night and early morning walks, we felt the area was unsafe, so we relocated to a different area. Denise, our host, was very understanding and worked with us and VRBO to make it right, given the circumstances. We would recommend her as a host and VRBO as a company.
