VARA INGEN SONDAGKONTROLL IN! Detta hem har det du behöver för att njuta av Lake St. Clair! Först leksaker! Vi har en 13 passagerare ponton båt, jet ski, (lovande 1, vanligtvis 2). Vi har också lagt till en flytbar brygga för jetskis. Två kajaker på 10 ft och en kanot är där för din njutning.(Observera att du måste ha en säkerhetslicens för vattenskotrar för att köra båten och jetski-inte svårt att få, men ett Michigan-krav eller från ditt land) Nästa- Gott om parkering - en sällsynthet på vattnet. Rymmer enkelt 8 fordon eller släpvagnar. För det tredje, på vatten-2 båtbrunnar, och 55'av havsväggen att binda till. Det finns två båtlanseringar mindre än 2 mil bort - Decker; s Landing och platsen Fair Haven DNR.
Hemmet är 2000 kvadratmeter och har många nya uppdateringar - sprinklers, nytt stort fullt utrustat granitkök med nya svarta rostfria apparater. Fullt utrustat kök betyder, en prestandablandare för att göra dina smoothies, en Keurig för ditt kaffe, varm choklad och te, tillsammans med en lerkruka, dubbla frityrkokare, hotellstil, våffelproducent, matprocessor, kökhjälpblandare, brödrost och rostfritt stålkrukor och kokkärl. Nya trägolv, tvättstuga i köket med ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Central Air, ett däck, eldstad och grill, rökare och en kalkonfriterare tillsammans med kraft vid vattnet. Sovrummen är som följer, Master Bdrm har sjöutsikt och 1 kung, 2: a Bdrm har 1 drottning och 1 soffa i full storlek, 3: e Bdrm 1 drottning och 4: e Bdrm 2 våningssängar - 1 hel och 3 tvilling. 13 sovplatser utanför med vardagsrum eller golv!
Alla sovrum har 40 "platt skärm och 55" 4k platt skärm i vardagsrummet. Internet och kabel. Vacker solnedgång över vattnet och simma i slutet av gatan eller bakom huset. En utmärkt plats för FISKA-abborre / pickerel / walleye / öring / lax / bas och stör! Om du har dina egna båtar och inte behöver våra vattenskotrar är säsongskursen $ 300 / natt. lågsäsong kurs $ 200 / natt.

We have a great time here! We have been renting lakefront cottages for about 12 years and this one is the best. We have come to this cottage for four years and hope to return. Mark and Joyce are prompt in communicating with us and put great effort into making our stay awesome!

Family Trip

Mark and Joyce were very welcoming and friendly. They showed was the property and how to use the water toys(pontoon and Jet skis). It was a wonderful trip and would definitely come back.

Great family vacation.

Great place to stay on the water. Everything you need for a fun family vacation. As a grandpa of several teenagers the jet skis keep the kids entertained, allowing me to take advantage of the outstanding fishing. Although the check in process is a little long Mark and Joyce are great hosts taking the time to make sure everyone was comfortable operating the equipment. Already looking foward to next year. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Great Family Fun

Owner Mark and his wife Joyce are super friendly. They shared with us sights to see and places to eat, such as a delicious carryout restaurant. Mark's detailed orientation for the pontoon boat and jet skis was helpful, and we appreciated that he acted quickly when we encountered a jet-ski issue that was our fault. He is a very patient and kindhearted gentleman. The house is in good condition and has more than enough room to accommodate several adults and children. The kitchen and dining area are quite spacious. The house is located on a peaceful canal from which you can see the lake. The neighbors were friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing lake home!

We had a great time at this wonderful lake home! The lake is beautiful and had very little traffic. There was a ton of space on the water to ride the jet skis and drive the pontoon. We loved that the lake had spots where the depth was less than 4 feet. The huge mat was so much fun when we hooked it up to the back of the boat and the kids just played on it for hours. The canal at the house was about 4.5 feet deep so adults could traverse it easily and kids could swim right off the yard! The house is old but very charming! There were tons of amenities!!! They have really thought of everything. The fact that this house had a boat and two jet skis was the selling point! Mark and Joyce were very thorough I. Their boat and jet ski instructions and house tour. Recommend arriving with plenty of daylight so you have ample time to do the water toy orientation. The street the house is on is quiet and private. The yard was good for spreading out to fish. Had a wonderful stay!!!

Great Property to Hang Out and Fish

Great location right by the water to boat out onto the lake for fishing. Plenty of space for large groups (ours was 8). Several nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing Stay!!!

Mark and Joyce are wonderful host. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with all the water toys and needs you might have. Everyone in our group had a great stay from all ages. House is fully stocked with everything you need for meals and grilling. We will definitely be coming back to see the most beautiful sunset we have ever seen. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Family reunion

We weren't expecting anything fancy. The size of the house and accommodations were adaquate. The main reason we booked this house was for the boats. That really made our gathering fantastic. Our hosts Mark and Joyce were wonderful too. They met us personally when we got there and even helped me unload all my food from the car! They went above and beyond to respond to every need and answer every question. I would book with them again.

Fun on the water!

Enjoyed use of the pontoon, jetskis and kayaks. Beautiful lake with canal access. Property was well supplied, but is an older home. Owners were very helpful and available. Would recommend having some boating experience. Overall we had a great time!

Inglenook on Lake St Clair

Our 10 day vacation was wonderful! This 4 bedroom home is spacious and so very well equipped. All 8 of us were very comfortable. The location on a short canal off of the lake is great with so many watercraft to enjoy the lake and adjoining marshes. The landlords Mark and Joyce could not have been more friendly, attentive and cooperative!

Great Getaway

From renting to checkout, the process was simple. 10 of us stayed here age 7+. Marc and Joyce are absolutely wonderful hosts! They’re very fast at getting back with you. Super knowledgeable about the area. The orientation for the pontoon and jet skis was easy and painless. It definitely got us all more comfortable with the equipment. I only had one issue the whole week with the jet ski (my fault weeds got stuck in the intake) Marc and Joyce was there within 30 minutes to help us solve the issue. House: the location is perfect! You can watch the sunset at the end of the lane and it’s a breathtaking view. The canal was wide enough to easily navigate through with the pontoon, jet skis and our own fishing boat. The house came fully equipped and when I say that, I mean it. They had all the essentials plus some! They provided so much more compared to other rentals we’ve had. Kitchen is very spacious. Plenty of dining room seating. Plenty of couches for family movie night. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of sheets/blankets available. The room with the couch is the warmest room in the house, nothing a fan didn’t fix. The yard is spacious enough for yard games and kids running around. Fishing: The kids (7,8 &9) had a blast outback fishing. We caught so many bluegill and their beds are right in front of the house. On the lake we wasn’t able to catch much. We used wax worms and night crawlers all week. We was able to catch a few bass too. Would highly recommend!

Great place for families

We had such a great time! The house is exactly as advertised in pictures. The best part of renting this home is being able to use the pontoon boat and jet skis. Mark (owner) is very knowledgeable about the lake and gave us several good options of places to check out. The house was perfect for 2 families of 4 with little kids included. The littles all had a great time on their first boat ride. Mark and Joyce were great hosts and we hope to go back sometime. Thanks!

Family Vacation

This is a great home for visiting the lake. You get a pontoon boat and jet skis with the rental which is why we rented. They made the trip so fun!! The house was comfortable with great beds, showers and living room. I do think there are a few things that could make everyone’s stay even nicer. Power washing the outside of the house, spraying for spiders and deeper cleaning. Overall we really enjoyed our time there. Thank you for having us!! Mark and Joyce are incredible renters!!!

What a blast!!!!

We had a wonderful time. The owner took well over 2 hours training us in use and safety of the jet skis and the pontoon boat. We have rented boats previously that were well used and showed it. These boats were in very good condition and well maintained. Had the owner not taken that much time with us, this 65 year old novice would not have attempted going on a jet ski for the first time. But this grandma did it and had the time of my life. Now my granddaughters can tell their friends that their grandma is cool. Thank you Mark! The house was large and well stocked with all the thing needed in the kitchen and bath rooms. Just bring your suit and enjoy.

Hi, we're Mark and Joyce McLennan. This home was our residence for 9 years and we lived here and raised our 6 children. We never lived in a prettier place. We currently reside in Shelby Township and know the house.

This bay is one of the finest fishing spots on Lake St. Clair. St. John's marsh is an excellent place to canoe and view the birds, mammals, and amphibians of the wetlands Also, it's far enough away from the city that you avoid watercraft congestion and insanity on the water. Water quality is excellent in the area. Most water front property lack parking-we have plenty! Restaurants abound and Canada is about 7 miles away. by ferry.

The sunsets over the water are spectacular!! Sand bottom lake is great for swimming. If you're into fishing or water sports you will be in paradise. Never run out of things to see as you can literally circle the globe by water from our home.
