What a beautiful property, and so centrally located. Everything we needed to know was in a binder left as a resource for us. We were able to walk everywhere we chose to go in Amboise. There was free parking within 200 meters, which made it easy to leave to visit other chateaus in the Loire Valley. We would definitely stay again if we ever return to Amboise.

I was so fortunate to find this property for my biking vacation in Ambois. The management and attention to detail in this property is over the top. The communication before and during our stay was prompt and the information in the unit was extensive. You will want for nothing in this home, except more time. The location is perfect, one street to the walking core of town and still quiet. I am looking forward to returning for another bike trip and will stay at this location.

This property is a rare gem just steps from the Chateau Royal d'Amboise. The third floor bedroom is absolutely beautiful with exposed beams, king-sized bed, and walk in shower. The kitchen is modern and well stocked with accessories for cooking, eating, and drinking. The private courtyard is lovely and is lined with climbing rose bushes. Two of us stayed here but this home could accommodate another couple with a private bath on the second floor. There is also an additional sleeping option in the den/office. I'd highly recommend this property for anyone who enjoys historic architecture with modern touches throughout.

Le passage du roi est parfaitement situé à Amboise, au pied du château à côté des restaurants. Calme, propre et bien équipé. Toutes les instructions sont données par les propriétaires dans un livret. Nous avons passé une super semaine. Le logement est de plus assez frais, un vrai plaisir lorsque nous rentrions des visites.
