1 sovrum (king size-säng), 1 badrum, bottenvåningen lägenhet enhet 4 sovplatser (bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet). Vår enhet (Kay's SeaRenity) är den andra enheten från parkeringsområdet, och är verkligen bekväm för lastning / lossning av ditt fordon. Golv är plattor i hela, och innehåller kabel och wifi, och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Vår enhet ligger vid stranden av Thomas Drive, i "Sunswept" -komplexet, och ligger på kort avstånd från en privat strandpromenad till stranden. Denna enhet erbjuder inte en strandvy, sovrummet har dock utsikt över poolen (se bifogade bilder). Shopping och restauranger ligger också nära.

Sunswept är ett familjeorienterat komplex. Det finns grillar i hela fastigheten för din bekvämlighet (2 inne i det inhägnad i poolområdet).

Perfectly amazing!

The condo is exactly as listed. But the owner has gone above and beyond with the amenities. She has thought of everything you might need. The pool and beach toys were so convenient. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels. It was really nice to have a washer/dryer available! The beach is super close, 2 min walk. The neighborhood is more family friendly and away from the loud kids. I can't say enough nice things about this place! We will definitely be returning!

PCB Rental

Check-In took two calls to Vrbo customer service (with 15 minutes on hold each time), 1 call to owner where a voice mail message was left and 1 text message. Never did receive check-in info from Vrbo. Had to get beach gate access code from another guest of the property. Property was clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom exhaust fan slow to start and noisy; may need to be cleaned and oiled or replaced. Patio furniture required a wipe down before they could be used. Some sewer gnats throughout the inside of the unit; however, most ot them were out back of the unit and probably finding their way in. So, a few minor inconveniences (except for the check-in process) didn’t impede our stay; overall nice place.

was one of the best PCB experiences I’ve ever had!

The owner of the property is amazing! She communicated with me every step of the way. The beach access is a 3 minute walk which was awesome for us! It was cozy and comfortable for our stay and all around was just great not having to worry about anything while on vacation

Home away from home

Perfect stay at Karens Sunswept condo! Condo was exactly as described with actuate pictures. Condo was clean often in Fl I’ve found a musty smell in units but this place even smelled great!! Kitchen is well stocked with pans, knives, dishes, coffee maker and kurig, toaster, microwave. Plenty of towels and even a starter pack for the bath. Patio looks directly over the pool and has trunk filled with pool and beach toys, floats and chairs. Easy quick walk to a beautiful quiet beach. Even on spring break the beach and pool remain quiet through our stay. Unit is small but works great for a couple adults and kiddos or even three adults. Pull out sofa is actually quite comfortable and the egg crate topper available in the bedroom closet really help! Everything you need sheets, towels, extra blankets and pillows are well organized and easy to find. There are a couple restaurants and beach shops within easy walking distance, highly recommend Finns from morning coffee or a great outdoor lunch. If my group is small enough I will choose this condo over and over! Can’t wait to return!

Spring Break Getaway

It was amazing! The condo was only walks to the beach. Even though it rained and stormed very badly, we were able to let the little one swim and sit from the porch. Also, we were about a 2 minute walk to the beach! It was amazing and the neighbors are super friendly and helpful!

Best Vacation Ever!

This was my first time visiting Florida since I was a child. I went with my now fiancé! We got engaged while on our vacation. Due to hurricane Sally we had a few days we had to spend outside of the water so we stayed at the condo and relaxed. The condo was made just for that. It felt like a home away from home. It was so clean and well decorated. I didn’t want to leave! We have already decided our next kid free vacation we will be coming back to stay here. It’s our special place we will always have.

Perfect little condo for a beach getaway

This condo was perfect for me and my husband. It had everything we needed - very nicely decorated and had all the comforts of home. The patio overlooking the pool was perfect and the short walk around the complex to the beach wasn't as bad as I was expecting. The complex was quiet and very well maintained. We will stay here again on our next trip. Highly recommend

Clean and comfortable

On a medical trip so we didn’t get to beach but condo was clean and comfortable with a great mattress and nice comfortable living room furniture which is very rare in rental condos so we were very pleased. Most of the units have old hard beds and pleather hard sofas so glad the owner was concerned about the comfort of guests. We will definitely try to book the next trip here again if it’s available.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautifully decorated, it exceeded our expectations!!!! The pool was great and a short walk to the Beach 🏖 It was perfect for our family of 4. We absolutely loved it and enjoyed every bit of it. We will definitely return.
