The property is an excellent place to stay for larger groups. The communication was excellent and the house is in a quite neighborhood. I used this house for a business trip so it was nice to come home to a quite place. There was plenty of parking. While the house is a bit dated it was very clean and roomy. I would stay again.

The hosts were so wonderful and communicative. There were some updates which needed to be done to the space to make it feel like a five star rental. The photos presented it much more polished. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Houston.

Perfect Stay for a Memorable Premiere TripPerfect Stay for a Memorable Premiere Trip

We stayed here with 12 people for the Texas premiere of our film Stitched, and it was the perfect home base for such a special occasion. The house was spacious, clean, and had plenty of comfortable beds for all of us to relax after long days. We especially enjoyed the game options—poker nights around the table were a highlight of the trip. The neighborhood is quiet, scenic, and felt incredibly safe. It was the ideal mix of comfort and charm. Would absolutely stay here again!

This house was very comfortable and clean. No issues to report other than we could have used a TV in the room where the fireplace is. The TV was located in the small front room with only a couch to sit on. We had a large group so this made it difficult for many to watch at once. A TV in the large living room would have made it easier. Overall, this was a great place to stay with my group of 14.
