A large screen TV, ceiling fan, custom, comfy coastal furnishings, and wall with grasscloth accents create a relaxing space. The living area offers access to the spacious screened in porch.

Guest Bedroom 1, a bright and airy space, features a plush queen bed. Guest bedroom 2 offers two twin beds. The guest bathroom is located in between the guest bedrooms and is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
Located on the first floor, a large washer and dryer is available for the convenience of guests. An additional lounge space with seating and a ping-pong table is loved by guests of all ages - an ideal spot to hang out after returning from a day at the beach. There is a carport for parking.

Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located on the ground floor of this cottage for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
CAR PASSES: This property is limited to passes for 3 vehicles per stay. A car pass fee of $45 per guest vehicle is assessed to the renter. LSV golf carts count as a vehicle.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 3 vehicle passes. There is parking in the carport area and in an adjacent off street space. Parking on the pinestraw or street is prohibited. The $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due two weeks prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.
CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone and our office and team of staff are located on the island most all of the time.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $65 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, ALL monies are forfeited.
