This excellent apartment located in the Atiaia Residencial condominium, which is just 600m from the beach, has 2 beautiful suites and 1 bedroom, all air conditioned. The living and dining room are comfortably decorated and air conditioned; the kitchen has all the essential items for your stay and, in addition, the property has a terrace overlooking the entire condominium!

The condominium has parking, 24-hour security and a living area with a swimming pool and barbecue!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
