My place is in a contemporary building built in 2018, and I take pride in keeping it clean and comfortable for my guests. I personally handle bed making, cleaning, and your check-in guide to make sure everything feels just right.
Fun fact: Iâve made a ton of tax seminar videos (yes, really!). My most useless skill? Overthinking everything. Favorite high school song? Hotel California, of course.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Public education in West Vancouver is among the best in the Greater Vancouver area. Thatâs why we moved here when our son was attending elementary school. In the blink of an eye, more than a decade has passed â our son is now studying at the university in Toronto, yet we are still unable to sell this ordinary home located in a wealthy neighborhood. Weâve had no choice but to remain here, continuing to shoulder the burden of high property taxes and ever-increasing home insurance costs. The short-term rental unit was set up specifically to help cover these two expenses, not to make a profit, but simply to generate enough income to pay taxes and insurance. It also serves as an affordable, safe, and conveniently located place to stay for visiting guests.
