My family and I booked this property for our family reunion and it was nothing short of perfect! Matthew, Justin and their team took care of everything, was extremely responsive, leaving no question unanswered and even took the liberty of bringing by cookies! The place was clean, exactly like the pictures, and we had enough of everything and only thing we needed to get was food, including seasonings. Highly recommend booking with Matthew and Elemental Vacation Homes! 11/10 for us!

Great home very spacious. Parking a little chaotic with it being a 14 bedroom. Security was good they gave us fair warning before they would tow. Definitely would recommend getting this home. FYI go straight to element homes ijs

Walls and carpet HORRIBLE.Walls need painting dirty. Cabinets were not clean felt we had to wash all pots before use. Would not recommend. No rugs in bathroom after showing. You will find I have rented with you before, in Florida and also in St CROIX. I will definitely go about renting differently in the future.

The house was nice and accommodated our large group. But, there were several things that could be updated for the price we paid. Living Space: The 2 large TVs in the living room worked independently, that made no sense, we could never get them in sync. They should just run together. Living room carpet needs cleaned badly. There was a vacuum available, but it did not work well. Curtains covering the patio doors did not cover the entire opening when closed. 2nd level: No tv's in the 2 kids bunk rooms, they ended up sleeping with the parent. Not all bedrooms have ceiling fans, there were some upright fans as an option. The giant gaming console was worn out and the joysticks did not work properly. The island bar stools were extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen: The largest skillet in the kitchen was maybe an 8 inch, not near the size needed to cook a breakfast for 20 people. There were not enough plastic plates and bowls for kids. There were NO plastic cups. We did not find the bakeware items until our 4th day, (under the stove) no pizza pan. Inside the oven was filthy, baked on burnt crust. The 4 knives available would not cut butter. 3 hand towels, no dish clothes. 2 coffee pots but both left grounds in the pot after brewing. 2 dishwashers, but only the right side worked, the other never cleaned anything. Patio: Not enough seats or table space. No outdoor patio lights around the fencing. 1 lounger chair missing a bolt in the backrest. No grill-had to pay 140.00 to rent one.

The house was very spacious & we loved the location, but walls were kind of dingy, especially going upstairs. Upon arrival, there was a snake in the pool. There were also so many things that were falling apart. We had to call them to fix sliding door handle, door knob upstairs where my girls were locked in. Before leaving the wash room door came off track & kitchen faucet handle screw came out. Overall, it was a good 7 night 8 day vacation.
