A newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment in a secure, upscale area on the slopes of Table Mountain and Devil's Peak. It offers stunning views of Signal Hill, the city, and the harbor. The location is within walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and just a short drive to the city center, V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, and the popular beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.

Providing a large balcony/roof terrace and mountain views, the spacious apartment includes 1 bedroom, a living room, flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchenette, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. The accommodation is non-smoking. Unfortunately we cannot accept kids due to the height of the roof top terrace.

The space
This bright and airy apartment is tastefully decorated and has everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The interior has a well fitted open-plan kitchen, dining area and living space which leads onto one of the most stunning features of this apartment, a large balcony surrounded by greenery with incredible views. The outside balcony area is designed to make the space as usable and comfortable as possible with wind protected seating for maximum relaxation. The bedroom boasts large windows with views and a king size bed and en suite bathroom.

Guest access
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves. The flat comes with secure parking. The parking fits a small car and is on a slight slope.
