TrÀdbevuxen och privat centrala Austin pensionat med bekvÀm tillgÄng till alla omrÄden i Austin! VÄrt mysiga studiogÀsthus ligger i en liten cul-de-sac i omrÄdet Highland Park West, bara 5 miles frÄn centrala Austin. Vi Àr pÄ gÄngavstÄnd till ett fantastiskt kafé / bageri, bokhandel, gym, en fantastisk massagestation, en park, en mataffÀr och köpcentra och nÄgra underbara restauranger.

Stugan ligger tvÀrs över uppfarten frÄn vÄrt huvudhus, och det finns gott om gatuparkering. Vi har en saltvattenspool, en hÀngmatta och mycket skugga i trÀdgÄrden!

StudioomrÄdet har en queen size-sÀng, en TV med antenn och en Roku med Netflix, Amazon, HBO, etc. appar. Det finns en fönsterenhet a / c, rymdvÀrmare och en elektrisk spis.

Badrummet Àr litet, men har alla nödvÀndigheter, plus toalettartiklar i resor och hÄrtork. Det finns ocksÄ tvÄ mysiga hotellrockar, badhanddukar och badlakan (för poolen).

Det finns inget fullt kök (ingen diskmaskin eller diskbÀnk), men det finns en minikyl med frys, mikrovÄgsugn, brödrost / brödrost, keurig, disk och redskap. Instacart och Favor levererar ocksÄ hÀr, vilket Àr en stor bekvÀmlighet. Vi tillhandahÄller nÄgra saker för att komma igÄng: toalettpapper, pappershanddukar, vattenflaskor och papperskorgen.

Cozy Cottage

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this sweet & cozy cottage. It was the perfect size for just the two of us. It was clean & peaceful and was stocked with all the essentials needed. It was especially sweet of Michelle to leave us a nice bottle of wine. It was a nice suprise to come back to outside our door after a long day of walking.

Adorable, funky cosy nest!

Michelle was teriffic and the accommodations included every possible entertainment option. It is only appropriate for one or two people, and they better be best buds. Perfect for a comfortable quick get away!

Nice quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac close to North Loop area. Surprisingly small-looking from the outside, but enough room on the inside.

We recently stayed at this charming little spot. At was perfect for my husband and I. Michelle let us park in the driveway due to inclement weather and even left us a bottle of wine 🙂

Great Place to Stay - but Not Stay (i.e. Hangout)

The apartment is great as a place to stay, but not hangout there like in a Hotel. With 1 bed, I don't see it as a place to bring kids or even spend time at the pool (while nice to have, did not seem to be a place to just hangout and enjoy). Facilities are good (fridge, coffee, microwave, etc.) to get you going in the morning - and the area is great (coffee shops, grocery store, etc. - but should be viewed as more of a good place to sleep. ron from kansas

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay and sitting out in the backyard enjoying the lovely Texas weather and scenery. The location was amazing. Easy to get downtown and come back. It was well stocked with water, and Michelle left us a bottle of wine to enjoy as well. Michelle was an amazing house. The communication was nothing short of spectacular. We will be back again.

This has to be illegal

1. Host never communicated with me. Now VRBO IS ignoring me. 2. The property was the worst ever. Dilapidated. Messy, cluttered and filthy. 3. I gotta sue to get my money. I stayed one night the door was unsecured. Never Again. Don't walk Run guys!

As advertised

Stayed here on my own instead of paying similar for hotel room, and it was perfect for that. Definitely cozy but bed was comfy, neighborhood was nice and host was responsive during stay. Cold (upper 30s to low 40s) at night, so I had to use the provided plug-in heaters to warm it up a bit. Overall good experience. Would come back if it was just me.

I was in town for business for 4 days. Perfect location and perfect size for me. Michelle was great hostess and communicated well. If you’re looking to experience Austin, this is it.

Very cozy and low-cost option for Austin

My husband and I stayed in this property for our recent honeymoon to Austin. Overall, we enjoyed the property. It was in a very nice neighborhood, and we felt safe walking to different areas nearby. There are quite a few things very near to do; however, there were also a few bus stops very close for those that wish to travel to other parts of the city since this is a more residential/quiet area. We used a combination of the bus and ride-shares to get around. I know the description tells you the square footage and mentions it is a small place, but prepare yourself because 300 sq ft is less space than you think. Space wasn't really an issue for us though since we spent most of our time exploring the city. There was still a good bit of space for storage, as well as the essentials we needed. We did spend one day inside watching tv due to very bad weather, and although the bed looks nice and is decent sized, it is not the most comfortable. Michelle was pleasant to deal with and checked to see if we needed anything. We thought this place was an awesome value for the cost, and we would definitely stay here again once it is warm enough to use the pool!

Exactly what was needed and perfect for me.

I was working in Austin when my plans changed and needed to stay 5 days more. This property gave me everything i needed and was perfect for my location to get where I needed to go.

Very nice stay

Michelle was easy to communicate with. The place was great for a weekend couple getaway, but please note it is compact. Loved the assortment of coffee and creamer, and the bottled water and wine provided. Yard and neighborhood is attractive. Would recommend.
