This newly furnished apartment is in a serene community on the 5th floor with a lift. Modern and tastefully decorated, it is near various top attractions in Dubai, such as Dubai Hills Mall – an interactive mall with a small theme park inside. Hospitals, schools, and business establishments are within the community, while Spinney's is just a short distance away. Aster and Nahdi Pharmacy are also within walking distance.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the views.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom boasts a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

During your stay, you will have access to the gym and pool.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
