Walk outside and cross the street and you will be either on the Beach, Boardwalk, Rides, Games, Restaurants, or the Water Park. Not only do we have a great location, but we also have one of the nicest houses in Seaside.
Seaside Heights has become the #1 affordable seaside tourist destination for summer vacation in New Jersey. Simply arrive by car, park it, you won't need it for the rest of the week.
We are proud to introduce our new addition to our inventory of summer beach rentals. A second level Beach unit of a 5-Family Building. Your Beach unit is a 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom with an open kitchen/living concept. The two-bathroom concept is great for Family with children or four adult couples. Each bedroom will have its own Smart TV as well as a 60-inch TV in the living room.
Our beach house is centrally located; approx. 3 to 4 homes from the Boardwalk/Ocean. . We offer 2-free street parking passes (additional parking spaces may be available $$) plus up to 4 beach badges (a minimum total savings of $300).

BEACH:
All the beach activities are now within easy reach. And with the comfort of knowing if you forgot something (or need to go back for those emergencies) it is all doable. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, Free Concerts on Thursday night and let's not forget those great Wednesday night Beach Fireworks.
ACTIVITIES:
Centrally located, we are located minutes (if not seconds) from Seaside's best dining, nightlife and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Cafe, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new Free Range rstr await your arrival. At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many nightclubs on the Boardwalk (with no cover charge) or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes if not seconds away). And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).
ITEMS OF INTEREST:
No parties or gatherings. Proms and high school graduation groups are not allowed. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.
There is no off-street parking or reserved spaces. With the rental you will receive 2-parking passes that provide free street parking. Guest must find their own free street parking.
All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
This is a multi-family building, footsteps from guests utilizing the upstairs unit may be heard during your stay. The entrance to your second-floor apartment is in the back, so a flight of stairs is required to access.
The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.
