Ocean Front. Whale Watch from Breakfast (ibland kan man se valar från lägenheten under säsongen) Ner hissen, gå 75 meter och du är på södra Stilla havet! Gratis wifi. Super Snabb Fiberoptik. Med utsikt över den lugna bukten Salinas och Stilla havet. Under säsongen kan du få en glimt av valar och göra lite valskådning från balkongen under säsongen. Se några blåfotade boobies som på Galápagosöarna i Ancon i närheten. Trådlöst internet i La Siesta.
3 sovrum med 2013 nyinstallerade AC och 3 badrum. Ett badrum i Mästaren och de andra två ligger i korridoren. En i slutet av korridoren och en intill köket. Tvättmaskin och en gas torktumlare i kök. 1350 kvadratmeter. + friluftsgarage bakom grindarna. Köket / matsalen / baren och det stora rummet är anslutna så att alla aktiviteter i detta område har en havsfront.

Bland aktiviteterna ingår uthyrning av vattenskotrar, fisketurer på 'Pesca Tours' (vi kan hjälpa till med att ordna detta för dig om du inte talar spanska), valskådning eller bara njuta av stranden, vi har allt. Vi ligger på en stor grund vik, men tolv mil från stranden är vattnet 19.877 fot djupt. Salinas är den mest kända platsen för billfiske och erbjuder säsongsmässigt bra fiske efter stora randiga marliner samt blå marliner och andra spelfiskar som tonfisk med stora ögon. Den andra populära Blue Marlin destinationen i landet är Manta som vanligtvis är under säsong när Salinas inte är det. En stor flotta av sportfiskefartyg verkar från båda städerna. Blues i detta område är känt för att nå stora storlekar, med den mest anmärkningsvärda fångsten är en 1 014 pund fisk som båtlivades av den lokala fiskaren Jorge Jurado som tidigare innehade IGFA 80 lb klass rekord. "På dagen fiskade Hemingway efter Blue and Black Marlin i Salinas. Stora solnedgångar!

Några minuters promenad på Malecon och flera andra på gatan i ryggen. En av våra favoritrestauranger är Mar Azul som ligger på samma gata som baksidan av Hotel Barcelo Miramar, ett par kvarter ner mot glassbutiken.

Tvärs över vägen är vattnet varmt och vågorna är mjuka, så dina barn kan leka i vattnet medan du tittar från din hyrda strandstol och paraply. Du kan köpa glass, smörgåsar, kokosnötter eller en flaska öl från strandförsäljare som tillgodoser alla dina behov. Jag älskar den här platsen!

Salinas-marknaden ligger några kvarter bort och restauranger och butiker är upp och ner i Malecon där vi är belägna. Soppor här är $ 1 och pratar om färsk stekt fisk! Ordet för marknaden på spanska är 'Mercado,' Fråga bara någon var den ligger. "Donde esta el Mercado por favor?" Var är marknaden snälla?

Nice with incredible view

The unit location right on the beach was close enough yet far enough away from the crowds for a perfect getaway. Unit was clean and the view was spectacular. Ricky was quick to respond to all my questions and needs during my stay . Between the great unit and great communication I couldn't have asked for more Thank You

Loved the Views and access to the beach

We arrived in Salinas mid afternoon on July 4th. Just a couple of wrong turns and we found the Condo bldg. We were met by a very friendly caretaker who helped us with our bags and showed us where to park in the gated area. The unit is on the 5th floor and the open concept living/dining room sliding doors open completely so the views and sounds of the ocean are wonderful. Access to the beach is just an elevator and short walk and then you have miles to discover. The unit is spacious, comfortable and fairly modern. It is located in a great area walking to distance to many restaurants, bars and the beach. We had a great time

Wonderful ocean condo

Highly recommend staying at this unit. Nicely located on the main ocean front drive, but still off the “Main” area from all the noises. The property has wonderful ocean views, great communication from the owners and all that you need to enjoy a vacation. All essentials are at the unit, plenty of room, AC, internet, tv, and most important the awesome ocean! Great fishing as well in Salinas for those that like it.

Salinas

Our Family of 7 stayed there for 5 days. The living room, kitchen, and dining room were very good. The bathrooms need a little more attention. Well located for good restaurants and food markets.

Lovely Vistas

This spacious and fairly modern three bedroom three bath condo is on the sixth floor with a great ocean view. The beds are comfortable and there is also DirecTV and wireless internet. The Internet went down for the last three days of our 9 day stay. There is a landline phone in the unit for local calls. Building security guys were very helpful with groceries and other minor tasks. The elevator works well, when the power is on. We lost power at least four times in 9 days. The linens and towels are excellent, the kitchen is well appointed. As is common, there is no oven for baking or roasting. There is a good sized toaster oven, microwave, gas cooktop, refrigerator, and full-sized washer and dryer. The condo is well situated near good restaurants and just a short walk down the malecon to local establishments. The beach is right across the street from the condo. Couldn't be easier. The owner was really quick to reply to any requests for information. Would definitely rent from him again.

Salinas Oceanfront

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 6-week stay at this very nice and spacious condo. The view was spectacular and loved looking at the small pools formed by the rocks. The distance to most restaurants and stores was only a short pleasant walk down the Malecon. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had--fantastic working with them from beginning to end. This was our second stay in Salinas and by far the more enjoyable. The building guards were very helpful and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped ....critical for a lengthy stay! We had a couple join the two of us for a couple of weeks and they were equally impressed. We travel internationally 3-4 months a year and this was a fantastic experience.....thanks to the lovely place, great location, and super owners. We definitely plan to return so save us a spot!!

Great view, great condo.

We arrived in salines thanks to the help of Ricky & Uliva. No habla Spanish no problem. The condo is in a fantastic location with a spectacular view of the beach. It is on the end of the malacon so when the town gets rocking, which it defiantly does on the weekends, it was quiet. We came down from Cuanca and were not used to the heat, but the ondo stayed cool. Thank you Ricky for making our stay so fantastic. I will highly recommend this place for anyone.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of La Siesta, an oceanfront condo in the exclusive San Lorenzo section of Salinas in the Province of Santa Elena. Very near Hotel Barcelo, about 2-3 blocks. Great view of the bay, the yacht club and the ocean going vessels moored in La Libertad. 3 bedrooms can accommodate 6 people in beds. If you have an auto, there is parking in our garage. If not, one can easily get around in taxis and buses. We also have a storage room that is complete with 'sunbrellas' and a tent to guard you from the very strong direct sunlight. The 'guardians' or on duty helpers on the main floor will put the tent up for you on the beach and again store it in the storage room when you are done.

El departamento esta localizado en el sexto piso del Condominio La siesta, en el Malecon y frente al Mar. A una altura primordial para contemplar la Bahia de Salinas, los arrecifes y las lagunitas de la Punta San Lorenzo en Salinas.
El departamento consta - sala-comedor en un sólo ambiente completamente amoblado, cocina con toda clase de utensilios, lavandería con lavadora y secadora de ropa, 3 dormitorios en los que se pueden acomodar cómodamente 6 personas (2 cuartos con camas de 2 1/2 plazas y 2 cuartos con literas, uno par dos y el otro para tres personas, 2 Banos , garaje y bodega. Los dormitorios son con Aire/C bien frio.
En la bodega tenemos parasoles, carpa y sillas para su deleite en la playa. Hable con los guardianes para que ellos acomoden en la playa carpa con sillas y luego la recojan.

Ocean front. Spacious. Updated kitchen. Free WiFi. Granite tops and new gas stove. Natural warm bath pools of ocean water on the beach. When the tide goes out, it leaves the ocean water to warm in the equatorial sun leaving you with a still pool of clean, warm ocean water to bath in. The parking lot is behind a locked gate, however no car is necessary here. Taxi, bus service is sufficient for your needs. The condo has a 24-hour guard for your security. And if you stay at least one week, then we will have our cleaning lady come and clean once per week for you. Deep-sea fishing, banana boat, water ski, paddle boats, and jet-ski rental is available directly down on the Malecon a few blocks away. This condo is not located away from all the action like others which are located in Ballenita, Ancon, San Pablo, Capae, and others up the Coast line.

Ecuador is beautiful.

The Salinas Market is one block towards the Hotel Barcelo and 6-7 blocks to the rear walking. The market has fresh seafood, fresh meats, fruits, vegetables, and inexpensive eaterys inside. Great fresh soups for $1 in the Market about 7 blocks back from the ocean.
There is a gym in La Libertad which is about 10-15 minutes via taxi.
