Stay Cannon is a legally permitted vacation rental as required by Charleston City Ordinance and is located in the popular Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood. Our license number is OP2025-06157

This Charleston property was a beautifully adorned and comfortable house - plenty large enough for 4 couples or 8 for a girls trip. It had all the amenities and close enough to many great restaurants and just a short Uber ride to the Charleston market and an even shorter walk to shopping on King Street. Miki is an excellent host and was very communicative regarding the house and restaurant suggestions. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Charleston!

This was the perfect home for our group! As 4 couples, we each had our own private space. This property was amazing, and exactly as depicted in their photos. The Beds/pillows/en-suite bathrooms were so comfortable and well appointed. The Location was also convenient. I would recommend staying here to anyone headed to Charleston. It’s cozy, yet spacious!

The house was so nicely renovated and decorated. It had everything you could need in the kitchen. It is in a fabulous location to so many restaurants and shopping. The host was lovely and met us at check-in to explain about the house and the town. We had an amazing stay. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed at 76 Cannon for a week during our son's wedding festivities. The home was well equipped, spotless, and so comfortable. We loved the living room setup and the upstairs porch for gathering. The location was excellent...walkable to everything!We hope to stay again in the future!Marylyn

The property was impeccably clean. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable, all at the same time, especially the beds. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and accommodating at all stages of the process. The location was ideal; far enough away from the main hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to most attractions/shops/restaurants. We couldn’t have been happier with the property and plan to return one day soon! Our group would highly recommend this home for any occasion!

It was wonderful to meet our host in person when we arrived. The home was very well stocked and was very upgraded and beautiful. The location was ideal to get into town. The host was also very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home and if we are back in Charleston, we will want to stay here again. We had an amazing stay! The house was exactly as described! It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our group. Everything was well maintained, and it had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable throughout our trip.The layout worked great for gathering together while still giving everyone their own space. The beds were comfortable, the common areas were inviting, and the home felt welcoming from the moment we arrived.The location was also fantastic and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.Miki was an amazing host! She was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from booking through checkout. The house was exceptional & so clean! It looked exactly like the Vrbo photos, and even better. Our hosts were amazing - they responded to our questions quickly, very nice, friendly & accessible. Open space floor plan was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was close to shops & restaurants. We hope to return in the near future! Miki and Chuck Waring är värd

Miki and husband Chuck moved to the Charleston area 15 years ago. We both thoroughly enjoy spending time downtown and around the Charleston area.

Chuck is originally from Florida and Miki from West Virginia. Prior to moving to Charleston, they spent 20 years in the Washington, DC area. Miki in the health care marketing and management industry and Chuck in the printing and marketing solutions industry. Wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the Metro area and the colder weather, we chose Charleston!

Since moving here we have been involved with restoring , renovating and managing downtown properties.

We love walking around the city looking at the various architecture designs of historical buildings, eating at the amazing restaurants, or taking in a festival or special event. On warm days you can find us on our boat with our two sons Ryan and Alec or at the beach. And of course, there are the Citadel football and basketball games. which we can't miss since Chuck is a Citadel alumni.
