Detta split-entry-hem är ett ljust hem på 1800 kvm med 4 bdrms (7 sovplatser), 2 badrum, vardagsrum, familjerum, matkök och matsal, med däck och lugn trädgård. Fastigheten går tillbaka till Confederation Trail, för cykling, promenader etc. Nära till alla bekvämligheter (shopping, livsmedel, förbipasserande motorväg, kyrkor, kaféer, etc.).

Sovrum på huvudnivån inkluderar: Master sovrum med en king size-säng, med massor av garderob. Andra sovrummet med en dubbelsäng, tredje sovrummet med en dubbelsäng. Båda med garderober.

Nedre sovrummet har ett drottning sovrum.

Huvudnivån består av sovrum, stort badrum, 2 andra sovrum, vardagsrum, kök och matsal. Däck är mycket privat och ligger utanför matsalen.

The home was a great base to explore Charlottetown (15 min to the harbourfront) and see PEI (Sharon and Leonard, thanks for the suggestion to visit East Point Lighthouse). The home was clean and well appointed with lots of room for the 5 of us :)

Family get away…..we enjoyed some wonderful family time, visiting beaches, water park, mini golf.

We had a wonderful time enjoyed beaches and other attractions. The location was excellent. Enjoyed time on the deck and preparing a couple meals at the house. A really great holiday.

Three family vacation

We enjoyed this very clean and comfortable home that we rented for our daughters and their spouses and one grand child in addition to my husband and I. Beautiful neighborhood and great location to access most PEI activities. The smoke alarm started to chirp and the owners were quick to respond and address the issue.

Very nice stay!

My mom, my husband, our son and his fiancee and I spent a week at this peaceful and very confortable house. The location is great has we were near from Charlottetown but also from Cavendish and Brackey Beach. The property is lovely decorated and has plenty of room for many peoples. We also really appreciate the kindness of the owners who have found two rings that belong to my mom and took arrangement to send them back.

First PEI trip in years

So glad that we booked with Sharon and Leonard. Their home was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was excellent and even had a small park for our daughter to play in right accross the street! Sharon and Leonard were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make our first visit to PEI in over 15 years an excellent one!

So happy for another stay in this beautiful home

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. It couldn't have been better for our group. Nice to have the extra bathroom with laundry downstairs. Decor is so charming. We all loved having room to spread out and relax. Location was perfect for our adventures around the Island. Communication was easy with the owners when we had questions. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting PEI!

Lovely place

We are a family of seven and we stayed here in the summer of 2017. Owners Leonard and Sharon Gotell are extremely nice and responsive. The place is very nice and clean with a large backyard. Close to shopping and downtown, I would highly recommend this place if you are planning to visit PEI. The property is exactly like the photos. The place has everything you might need for cooking, cleaning , etc. The owner is very attentive and is aware of everything you might need. We will be back. Thank you Sharon.

Nice spacious family friendly home

The rental experience was seamless. Sharon and Leonard quickly responded to any questions and went out of their way to accommodate our kids with picking up some beach toys and balls so that we did not have to pack them with us. The property was further away from some of the highly rated beaches in Cavendish and Greenwich than we anticipated, although the drives were always scenic. Comfy beds and space for everyone to spread (3 adults and 3 kids). No air conditioning so we found it warm in the evening. Overall a wonderful stay.

Home Away From Home

Sharon and Leonard’s house is everything you need for a perfect stay in PEI. The house has lots of room and is well-equipped with everything you could possibly ask for. Originally we wanted to be right in Charlottetown, but couldn’t find anything that we liked and we all agreed that this was actually better. You are close to shopping but in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We took day trips to the beaches, to Charlottetown and came back to a comfortable house to relax. My teenaged boys loved the entertainment room in the basement. Sharon and Leonard were also very accessible with any questions we had and very friendly when we booked. The only negative thing I have to say is that the pictures honestly don’t do this property justice and they should be updated! 🙂 It’s even nicer in person especially the kitchen.

PEI Biking Trip

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this VRBO property. The owners were wonderful to work with. The house is perfect and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The ability to have the coffee machine and the basics one needs while traveling was perfect. I highly recommend this property! Thank you!

Great location for exploring the island!

Beautiful, spacious property with all amenities, big kitchen, comfortable beds. Check in was super easy and owners allowed us a later checkout to accommodate our flight later in the day. Highly recommend!

Couldn't be better!!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home just outside of Charlottetown. There was lots of space for everyone to spread out when we got home from touring around the Island. The home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions. We had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and late night snacks. Most days we spent driving around PEI and enjoying all it has to offer. This was the perfect location to explore the Island, visit Charlottetown with all it's charm and spend time on a different beach every day! The only thing that could've been better is if we could have stayed longer.

Perfect location

Excellent location

We highly recommend this exceptionaly clean home.We arrived late in the evening by air and the location was 5 minutes from the airport.It was centrally located ,perfect for day trips.The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.Sharon and Lenard are wonderful hosts with lots of PEI hospitality. Very good location and very nice house

The house offered everything we needed for our stay. It is very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Charlottetown. It proved to be the perfect hub for exploring the Island in all possible directions and was a welcome place to return to in the evenings, when it was still warm enough to enjoy sunsets from the patio.

Aug 2018 This vacation home was perfect for us. We are 4 adults and more then enough room. The home is clean bright and cheery...loved the decor. Kitchen stocked nicely...modern and dishwasher made clean up simple. Patio and barbq an added bonus as the weather was perfect of barqing. The downstairs shower came in handy as well as the washer/dryer. We found the beds comfy...loved the master bedroom. Enjoyed the candle collection...found here and there. Nice have lit in the evenings when socializing. Very close to everything...a great home to return to after exploring the Island. We enjoyed many activities...our fav were: Deep Sea Fishing/Hippo Tour/Anne Play and Ann Gilbert play...all excellent. Lovely family home in a central location

Sharon and Leonard were very welcoming and the house was spotless with every amenity. Located just 10 mins outside the busy part of Charlottetown within easy reach of the North of the island and many beaches and traditional fishing communities. After a busy day touring the island it was good to sit on the deck at the rear of the property and relax. At the bottom of the garden is the Confederation Way which runs across the island. If and when we return we would be happy to use this property again.
