This is a nice residential neighborhood and have gotten to know many of the neighbors who are friendly and keep an eye on the property since I am down in the Phoenix metro.

This is a very charming property and has the personal touches of my mother who was part Native American and western flair.
Outside has xeriscape so no maintenance outside other than monthly weed and pest control.
That makes sitting outside by the fire pit or under the covered patio so nice in the Spring through Fall.
The area has many amenities, annual celebrations, family owned restaurants, and places to shop.
I want your stay to be memorable so if there are any questions just reach out.
