This family-friendly space is on north end of Seaside Heights boardwalk. Just 3 houses from boardwalk, this classic & neat cottage features 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, outfitted kitchen & living room. Linens, 4 beach tags, fast wifi, wall ACs & 1 off-street spot included (No large SUVs/trucks due to narrow driveway.) 3 day minimum / 25 day max stay. No parties, no large groups, no proms,no pets. *ID & & guest info required by local law. *Min. rental age is 25. (License# ML-25-2019, STRP#001010)
This charming Seaside Heights cottage was built in the 1930s and retains it's quaint, layout featuring one bedroom with a queen bed and 1 full (double) pull out sofa bed in a private TV room/bedroom. It has a larger kitchen outfitted with almost everything needed for your vacation meals, including a coffee maker & dishwasher! The bathroom has been renovated and has a shower and tub combo. The living room can comfortably accommodate a small family, as they relax watching the smart TV after a day in the sun.
PARKING
Our property features one (1) off-street spot at the back of the cottage, near a small deck with seating and a propane grill. The driveway is shared with the neighbors and must remain clear at all times, or your car will be towed.
GUESTS MUST DISCLOSE ID BY LOCAL ORDINANCE
Seaside Heights requires all guests to provide names, addresses, phone numbers, and birth dates before arrival. Renters must be at least 25, provide ID, and stay on-site during the booking. We do not allow large groups, parties, prom bookings, or third-party rentals made on behalf of others.
NO LARGE GROUPS OR PARTIES:
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. All guests must be declared per local ordinance. Undeclared guests over the 3-person fire code limit will incur a $500 per person, per night penalty and must vacate immediately.
SECURITY DEVICES PRESENT
24/7 motion triggered, exterior audio/video security cameras cover the front sidewalk & porch area. The backyard is not covered by cameras. Cameras not actively monitored. Neighbors may have security cameras that cover shared property line. âą Decibel monitoring device is part of the safety system and located in the living room. It measures sound decibels only, to stay compliant with the town's noise ordinance. It also detects when smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarms are triggered. This device DOES NOT record voice or conversations.
POLICY FOR DISTURBANCES, OVERCROWDING, UNAUTHORIZED BOOKINGS
We reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund if your group violates house rules, exceeds occupancy limits, books as a third party, disturbs neighbors, breaks local noise ordinances, or prompts police response. You will be notified to correct any issues. Continued violations or police involvement will result in booking cancellation and immediate eviction within one hour.
