This ranch style home has just 3 steps for access so is perfect for guests of all ages.  Enjoy spreading out in this 4,000 sq. ft. home, with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and room for up to 8 guests.  Explore the island, stroll on the sand and get ready for a rejuvenating vacation! 
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
