You'll find essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen trash bags. We provide a new kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap at all sinks, propane for the gas grill, and firewood for the fire pit & fireplaces. Youâll find basic pantry items like sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, and a spice rack. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup towels, sleep masks, and hair dryer in each bathroom.

100% of the cleaning cost is paid directly to our team members to provide a living wage here in the mountains. The cleaning cost covers our 3-Point cleaning, disinfection, and inspection process. This includes post-check out disinfection cleaning team, pre-check in cleaning & staging team, along with quality control inspector prior to guest arrival.

However, since this property is on a mountain, surrounded by forest, it is impossible to keep out all insects all the time. The exterior of each property is protected with outdoor cameras covering front entrances, back entrances, parking, and/or property perimeter.
