About this space
You will love it here. It's like you are in a Scandinavian cabin. Lots of light and wood! I guarantee you will instantly feel comfortable in this lower unit. It will be your new home and you probably will want to stay longer to enjoy games, pool matches, books, TV, workouts and of course the SAUNA!
The space
This is a lower unit of a Duplex. The patio, backyard and playground are shared if other guest happen to be staying the same dates you are. We live next door and my kids also use the playground occasionally.
Guest access
They will have the entire basement. The main floor is a separate unit. Please shared the ground floor patio. And share the playground and backyard.
Other things to note
This is a perfect place for a couple or a family who has a few kids that want to camp out on our air mattresses on the new carpet in the family room.
