The spacious and beautifully designed living area features updated modern furnishings, creating a chic and comfortable ambiance throughout the home. When you are done playing, curl up on the welcoming sofa and stream a favorite show or movie on the large smart TV. The well-appointed dine-in kitchen features all the modern appliances needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals for everyone.

The primary suite offers a peaceful haven with a plush bed, a huge smart TV, and an en suite bathroom for your utmost convenience. Three additional well-appointed bedrooms ensure ample space for everyone in your group to unwind and recharge after a day of adventures.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
