Havsutsikt. Helt ombyggd lägenhet, med fantastiskt kök, mycket rymliga. Badrummet har duschkabin. King size-säng i sovrum med nya mattor och rotting sovrumsmöbler. Vardagsrummet har rottingmöbler i Hawaiian-stil med drottning-en-säng. Vackert kakelgolv från ingången till Lanai dörren. Mycket välfylld. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a very good location with easy access to beach and places to go in Kihei. I have stayed at this condo facility before and I enjoy the location. Condo was easily accessible with the code access, which was much easier to coordinate late entry than a key. Condo was also well maintained by housekeeping. Furniture and linens were dated, but as a fairly inexpensive unit, this was not surprising. I also appreciated all the beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.) that were in the unit.

Unit 213

We had an issue with the washing machine but a maintenance worker was there promptly to fix it. Overall we were very pleased.

Needs updating

The condo stunk when we walked in, carpet in bedroom stained. Bathroom carpets and towels were old and worn out. Baseboards, lights and walls still dirty. The tv and ceiling and railing needed repairs. The toaster doesn’t work. The staff fixed some of the issues but never did clean the carpets while we were there as promised. The place is a little tired and needs to have new brought in. It is a great condo complex, we have stayed at another unit several times before and loved it and the area.

Less than Satisfactory

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Expected unit (117) was not available because of a plumbing issue. No warning given to us before we arrived. We arrived at 4:45 pm and checked in at the office. Nobody notified us of the condo problem. We took our luggage to 117 and entered the code we had been given. Entry refused. Tried again. Same result. Tried a third time. Same result. Went back to office (now closed) and used outside phone to call manager. Spoke with Nathan and was told 117 could not be occupied because of a major water leak. We were told to go to unit 213 (not a ground floor unit, as we had requested) for an indeterminate period of time. This turned put to be 6 days before another ground floor unit was found, unit 140. It was OK, but not the unit and location we had expected.

tv is going out.. dishwasher does not wash...carpet is in bad shape in bedroom...we love the complex and have been staying here since 1984...many visits...we may be too picky...spoiled

Great Condo!

A perfect location at the quieter end of South Kihei Rd., and still close to amenities such as restaurants and grocery shopping. The condo was very clean and spacious, and very well stocked. We enjoyed our quiet mornings on the lanai drinking our coffee and reading. I would absolutely recommend this condo and the Hale Kamaole complex/property in general. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Great stay!
