On the first level above parking, you'll find an open floorplan with kitchen, dining and living area. The bathroom on this level has a walk-in shower and serves as the guest bath by day, as well as the ensuite to a king bedroom by night.

On the second floor, there's 3 bedrooms. The bunk room, furnished with a single bed bunk over a full-size bed, and the queen bedroom at the end of the hall share the hall bath complete with full size tub/shower. The third bedroom is a master suite with king bed.
The entire third floor is a suite with king bed, full ensuite with walk-in shower and private walk-out balcony over the backyard pool.

Every bedroom has its own television, as does the living area on the first level.
This home is the perfect retreat - wake to a glorious sunrise, coffee and breakfast on one of three oceanside balconies, a dip in the pool, collect seashells on your walk to the pier, build sandcastles or sand turtles on the beach, grill out and picnic in the backyard, close out the day with a soak in the hot tub* and then to the balconies for a little stargazing before retiring to bed where the sound of the waves lull you to sleep.
