This property was amazing. Our family repeatedly said this was the best rental house we've ever be at. We had a ton of fun in the pool and the game room. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and had nice towels. I would highly recommend.

Andrea, when the whole family keeps saying it was the best rental they have ever stayed at, the pool and game room clearly did their job. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms round out the kind of stay that brings people back, and your family would be welcome anytime.

We had an amazing time in Gatlinburg as a mini family reunion. This cabin has everything you could ever need. The kids had the best time in the game room and outside in the heated pool. The host had amazing communication and was ready to assist with any needs we may have had. I highly recommend!!!!

We booked this house for our 3 grandkids and my daughter's birthdays, and they absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. They have requested we book this house again for future trips. The space was great for us and we really enjoyed our stay.

Charles, a birthday celebration that ends with the kids asking to come back is exactly the kind of stay this space is made for. Knowing three grandkids and your daughter all had that kind of time here means a lot. The door is open whenever the next trip comes together.

Overall really good. Inside is great, and the game room is so cool. Outside is nice, but things are getting a little tired and need some upkeep. I guess to be considered after a long summer, but grounds and grill area could use some clean up and maintenance. . Still really liked it here and would stay again.

This home was great. Everything was as advertised. Brad was very responsive to any questions. The pool was fantastic, it is heated to a steady temperature so it was great for swimming early in the morning and late in the evening. I am a wuss when it comes to cold water, I really enjoyed the pool. You can’t go wrong with this property. I would not hesitate to rent this property again. Hopefully I will get the chance to do that.Don

The house was as advertised in the pictures with all the amenities. It is a quiet neighborhood with quiet hours at night. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor areas were a big hit for the family. The firepit is wood burning, which I saw in other reviews, so we brought firewood. I did not see it listed in the property details as wood burning or gas. The firepit insert is at the end of its life and is close to needing a replacement, but it did the job. All check-in instructions were communicated in a timely manner as well as check out instructions. There were some deferred maintenance items with the house as there are with all overnight rentals (cracked tiles, main shower switch to go from rain shower to wand was broken, and the coffee amenities provided were open and half used as it seems they forgot to replace them from the last guest). None of these things dampened our trip. Overall, the house was perfect for what we were doing, and the family enjoyed our time here. I would recommend this rental. You are close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg without the traffic and noise.

Love the house and accommodations. Game room was so fun and loaded with a mix of fun family games. Only complaint is the advertise fire pit but we had no idea we needed to provide wood. There were also no replacement trash bags and we ran out of toilet paper. The house is very well kept and clean.

Great Property!

As someone who works with vacation rentals on a daily basis, and knows what it takes to have a good quality rental with all the amenities; this property is perfect. It was more than spacious enough for our large group, the pool was better than the pictures, and everything worked in the game room. The house was spectacularly clean, and there were plenty of towels to go around. The heated floor in the master bath was an added bonus!! Don’t second guess yourself if you’re thinking about this house as your next rental. We had a fabulous time, and definitely recommend!

This property doesn't disappoint! Beautiful home, immaculately clean, quiet neighborhood. We had 5 teenage boys, 3 adults & a dog, & we had plenty of space. The boys took over the second floor & the adults were on the first floor, so it was nice that the boys had their own "space." The beds were very comfortable. The boys loved the game room, basketball court & pool. Appreciated all of the pool rafts/noodles. Everything in the game room actually worked! The rental agent/host was responsive and professional throughout the booking/rental process. Everything, including WiFi passwords were communicated, & all remotes were labeled & in their own wall-mounted holders with each TV, etc. The digital handbook that was provided was a life saver, and so helpful in understanding the property and surrounding area/things to do. Other rental properties could take a lesson from how this one is managed. Suggestions: A house this big needs more than a 2-slice toaster to accommodate the number of guests the house can hold, & a garbage disposal would have been helpful. Also needs more than 2 trash bins. By the end of the week we had 6 bags of trash that didn't fit in the cans. Other than that, we had everything we needed. The location is close enough to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge to be convenient, but far enough away to avoid the traffic & crowds. There is a Kroger very close by, & it was fully stocked when we arrived on Saturday, which is unusual for most vacation locations. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our time at Fun n Sun! The house was perfect for our family. Endless hours in the pool and game room and even some time on the pickleball court. Close enough to Smokey Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to enjoy activities there. Highly recommend.

Our family trip (9 adults) had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect - plenty of space, lots to do, and well appointed. Brad and his team always responded promptly. We found plenty to do nearby, including sites, activities, shopping, and dining. Would definitely recommend!
