This stunning 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath townhome in Canal Woods offers an upscale retreat with four spacious stories and a private elevator for effortless access. Guests also have access to a community pool.

First Floor: A ground floor bedroom suite with a king bed and private bath, sitting area with two couches and TV—perfect for relaxation.

Second Floor: The heart of the home features a spacious living room, dining area, and a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. A convenient powder room is also available on this level.

Third Floor: The primary bedroom suite boasts a king sized bed, TV, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a water closet, dual sink vanity, shower, and soaking tub. A second bedroom with queen sized bed and private bath is also on this floor.

This town home is beautiful and spacious. The location was close to the beach, you can drive or bike but Fenwick beach turned out to the the better beach for us. The issue we had was that there was a ton of garbage from the previous vacationers and the floors were absolutely filthy. The garbage created an issues in the garage before we arrived and there were flies everywhere who also made it into the home. The comforters blankets were not clean and smelled of other people. If you’re planning to stay here beware that the pick up and drop off location for the welcome packet is 15 minutes away from the property. If it wasn’t for the cleanliness issues we would book again, but we won’t be.
