This terrific resort in Sarasota offers a cozy stay for guests with 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms. Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer. Relax in the living room or on the lanai with 2 additional sofa beds. With amenities like a golf cart, BBQ grill, washer/dryer, fitness center, and free Wi-Fi, this place has everything you need for a phenomenal vacation. We think our home will help you experience everything Sarasota has to offer with beaches just minutes from the resort.
This is a newly renovated and fully furnished home with 2 full bedrooms each with a queen size bed as well as a separate, cozy office. Three smart TVs plus 1 regular TV in unit with excellent WIFI. Two full bathrooms as well; one with tub/shower combo, one with shower. Full size washer/dryer in laundry room. Beautifully appointed and air conditioned lanai with smart TV and queen size pull out couch. Cafe table with 2 chairs outside facing one of the lakes on the resort property. Full size barbecue grill and bicycles included with rental. This is a beautifully appointed home in Sun Outdoors Sarasota (SOS) resort.
SOS is an outstanding resort community with an incredible amount of amenities including large indoor and outdoor heated pools, an outdoor water slide, excellent multi-level gym with sauna, whirlpool, steam room, cold plunge, aerobics studio, cardio and strength training room and free-weight room. Two outdoor whirlpools for adults and families. Brand new playground, basketball courts and beautiful new nature-themed miniature golf. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour at the full-service bar and grill and restaurant. Other amenities include tennis, pickleball, bocce, pétanque, lawn bowling, frequent live bands, DJs and karaoke at the pool bar and grill and much, much more. There are game rooms, a large billiard room, ping pong, shuffleboard, jewelry making, woodshop, sculpture studio, and spa on site.

My wife and I are originally from northern NJ. We settled in the Atlanta area over 25 years ago and found Sun Outdoors Sarasota (SOS) when searching for a resort near one of our children. We have been coming to SOS since 2020 and continue to return because of the wonderful people and amenities here. This is our only vacation rental property, so we take special care in making our home feel like your home!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Sarasota is a wonderful cultural and outdoor activity hub on the Florida west coast. It is minutes away from several sugar-sand, gulf beaches and has many great restaurants and other services in very close proximity to the resort. The outdoor activities are off-the-charts and include kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, volleyball, pickleball, swimming, a water slide and many other amenities outside the park at or near the Gulf of Mexico (America).
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
We have one of the largest homes at the resort. The house includes 2 (queen) bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an office, full lanai and laundry. Kitchen, baths and bedrooms are very well equipped. The included golf cart, bikes and grill are also very nice added features which are often not included with other rental properties. Even with all that is included, our rates are very competitive!
