Your family or small group will be close to everything at this centrally-located condo with loft. Walk to Main Street and the Snowflake Lift or take the free shuttle to go almost anywhere else in town. This condo has everything your group will need for a convenient, comfortable stay in beautiful Breckenridge. A fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, pool & hot tubs, fast & reliable Wi-Fi and free parking are just some of the amenities that will make you feel right at home during your stay!

SLEEPING AREAS:
âą Bedroom Area 1: Located at the back of the loft area, features a queen bed and small flatscreen TV. There is a door separating it from bedroom area 2.
âą Bedroom Area 2: Twin bunk beds, dresser and an ensuite full bathroom with a bathtub. This area is separated by doors from the loft area and the back bedroom area.
âą Loft Area: Single twin bed, open to the living room below.

âą 2.5 Blocks to Main St
âą 2.5 blocks to the Snowflake Lift
âą 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift
âą Adjacent to the Upper Village Pool, easily walkable and features 2 outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor hot tub and a heated outdoor pool and an interior entry/exit option.
âą Nearest bus stop is across from Sundowner entrance on 4 O'Clock Road. This bus will go to the Snowflake Lift and on to Beaver Run (peak 9).
âą Top floor location - This condo is on the third floor and requires stairs to reach the front door. There is not an elevator in the building.
âą Ample summer trails within a short walk from this property, including the Sawmill Reservoir Trail which starts at the Snowflake Lift and follows a beautiful stream up to a reservoir with great views.

Parking Limit: 1 - Additional vehicles or vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot will have to park at one of the overnight pay lots in Breckenridge; Airport Rd or the Ice Rink Lot. More information can be found at BreckPark.
Ski Out:
Option 1: Walk 500 yards to the Quicksilver Lift
Option 2: Walk 2.5 blocks slightly uphill to the Snowflake Lift
Option 3: Exit the Sundowner driveway and cross the street (4 O'Clock Rd) to the bus stop. From there the bus will go up to the Snowflake Lift and then continue on the Beaver Run (Peak 9)
Ski In:
Option 1: Ski down 4 O'Clock Run down to the Pine Ridge complex and walk back across 4 O'Clock Rd to the Sundowner driveway.
Option 2: Ski back down to the Quicksilver Lift and walk 500 yards back to the condo building.

PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
PLEASE NOTE:
> There is no air conditioning (most places don't have it in our area!).
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended if not required.
> This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Visit the CDC website for more information on the potential effects of high altitude.***
