Summary:
Our spacious apartment has everything you need to make your stay in Cali a great experience: a big open kitchen, 300 MB WiFi, air conditioning and TVs in all bedrooms, washer, dryer and parking.
Perfect for families, friends, couples and digital nomads.
The location in El Peñon means easy walking access to restaurants, nightlife, and supermarkets. 1 block from Intercontinental and San Antonio.
Washer, dryer and free parking in basement.

The Space:
The apartment recently went through a full renovation where no expense was spared. It consists of 3 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom attached, a large open space with kitchen, dining and TV area. The balcony connects to the dining area. Behind the kitchen there's a patio where the washer and dryer are located.

Each bedroom has a queen bed, A/C plus a 43" TV. The living room has a 55" SmartTV that connects to Netflix, etc. All the bedrooms have blackout curtains.

One of the closets has a safe for your personal belongings and valuables.

The living room space comes with a big L-shaped couch and a comfortable chair. There is a curtain in the big window by the couch that was installed after the pictures were taken.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. Basics such as coffee, salt, pepper, oil, etc are supplied. Eat at the bar or sit down by the dining table that's fits 6 people.

Bathrooms come with towels, floor mats, and a starter kit shampoo, conditioner, body soap and toilet paper. All three bathrooms are generous in size and come with hot water in all faucets.

The internet is a 300 MB fiber optic connection with the router located inside the apartment if you need to connect through Ethernet cable. WiFi reaches all corners of the apartment.

Everything was designed with the comfort of your stay in mind.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

This unit is located on the 3rd floor, up three flights of stairs. It's a small building with just 4 units - one per floor - and it has no elevator.

The total apartment size is 162 m2 / 1743 sq.ft.

Check-in time: After 4pm. Check-out time: 11am.

Parking:
The apartment comes with 1 parking lot in the garage below the building. If bringing more vehicles please let us know and we will try to secure an additional space for you.

Housekeeping & Laundry:
Housekeeping and laundry services are not included with the stay. Housekeeping is $150.000 COP per assigned day and laundry is easy to do on your own with the machines at your disposal.

Guest Access:
Once you rent the place, the entire apartment is yours. Plus, you also have access to one parking lot in the garage below the building.

The Neighborhood:
El Peñon is a Zona Rosa and Cali's premium hotel district. Within walking distance, you will find more than 40 restaurants, fancy cocktail bars, bakeries, home-made ice cream shops, supermarkets and pharmacies.
Cali's river boulevard, the historic center, colonial San Antonio, the Tertulia Museum, etc. are just a short stroll away as well. In other words, this is the place to be in Cali.

SmartFit and BodyTech gyms offer daily and weekly passes and are located about 5-6 blocks away, a pleasant stroll along the river.

Public transportation is easily available.

The property is located one block from the Intercontinental hotel, 1 block from the colonial neighborhood, San Antonio, and 3 blocks from El Peñon park.

Getting Around:
I suggest walking wherever possible. Enjoy the warm, eternal summer climate. Get to know the city. Explore!
If you're going further, then there are more than 20.000 taxis in Cali and they are very affordable. Minimum fare starts at 4.000 pesos. Uber, Cabify, Beat, WayCali and Didi are other similar services. Busses are plentiful but tend to get very crowded.

Other Things to Note:
Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for every person staying at the property. A signed rental agreement is required prior to entry.

Medical tourists:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.

Airport pick-ups:
Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.

Factura electrĂłnica:
We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after VRBO commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.

Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund.

We have our office nearby and our housekeeping and maintenance frequent the building as well. Our main priority is to ensure a great stay for you, so we are happy to help with any questions you may have about the city and surroundings.
