With 4-beds & 2-no baths, this peaceful home is filled with natural light and features brand new furnishings paired with a vintage-chic charm. The large backyard is allows for the kiddos to run around, while the front porch seating area is perfect for slow mornings with a cup of coffee. Just a 4 minute drive to Park Circle dining and shops, 20 mins to historic downtown Charleston, and 25 minutes to nearby beaches!

Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, drip coffee maker, and a 2-seat eat-in island. Coffee, cream, and sugar are provided for your convenience.

Off the kitchen is a spacious dining area with a large table that comfortably seats up to 8 guests.

TV ROOM

A second cozy TV room offers an oversized sectional and smart TV—perfect for relaxing movie nights or spreading out after a day of exploring. Please note the fireplace is inoperable.

There's a basketball hoop and plenty of space for kids to run around and enjoy the outdoors in privacy. Please note the garage is not accessible to guests.
