We have a strong commitment to cleanliness and the safety of our guests. The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every guest stay.

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we offer optional light or deep cleaning services for an additional fee. These can be scheduled at a frequency that suits your needs, providing you with a refreshed and tidy space throughout your stay.

★ Check-in & Check-out ★
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM. The availability of early check-in is entirely dependent on our housekeeping team's schedule.
Check-out is anytime before 10 AM. Our housekeeping team runs on a tight schedule and needs an adequate amount of time to ensure the house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for the next guest.

★ Pets ★
Pets are not allowed. We love pets; however, we must maintain a strict no pet policy since the owner's family downstairs has a dog. Please be considerate and make alternate arrangements for your furry family members. Unauthorized pets brought into the home will result in an additional fee of $500.

★ Smoking ★
No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors. An additional cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to remove the smell of smoke from the home.

★ Parking ★
Off-street parking is available for one car in the backyard parking lot. Free street parking is available.

★ Backyard ★
The backyard is shared with the family living in the first floor unit.

This is the second floor unit of two-family home. You will have access to the entire unit with the exception of the locked closet reserved for the owners.

Check in with ease using the keyless entry electronic keypad on the front door. You will receive a unique door lock code prior to your arrival on your reserved check-in day.

Although I won't be available in person, I'll only be a message away!

Guests must also upload their ID to the profile section of the booking platform.

The owner's family living in the first floor unit has a dog. The second floor unit is not pet friendly.

Please Note: There is one motion activated, actively recording floodlight camera located on the front of the property and one located at the back of the property facing towards the back entrance for property safety. The cameras do not impede on guest privacy and are there for security reasons only. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

There are four water leak detectors in kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room of the unit for property safety to alert the guest and host if there is a water leak in the unit.

We provide the following:

By booking this unit, you agree to the following House Rules. You will be asked to leave without a refund if you break any of these rules.

House Rules:
• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM.
• Check-out is anytime before 10 AM. No late check-out allowed unless specifically approved by the host.
• No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors. An additional cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to remove the smell of smoke from the home.
• No parties or unregistered guests are allowed.
• Maximum of 2 guests. If you have more guests staying in the than reflected on your reservation, you will be asked to leave.
• No pets are allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours by keeping the noise down after 10 PM.
• Any use of appliances, equipment, and/or any other features of the property are entirely at your own risk. Be sure to follow the instructions and use them accordingly.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
• Toilet paper is the only thing to be flushed down the toilet. Please do not flush feminine hygiene products, flushable wipes, baby wipes, paper towels, cotton balls, Q-Tips, tissues, etc.
• Dispose all cooking oils in the trash. Do not pour grease or oil down the drain or toilet as this will clog the pipes.
• Please remove lint from laundry dryer after each load to prevent dryer fires.
• No open flames of any kind, including candles, glitter, or confetti are allowed.
• Tampering with the Wi-Fi router, outdoor security cameras, and owner’s closet is strictly prohibited.
• The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damages that occur to guests or their belongings while on the premises.
• You will be responsible for any damage caused to the property by you or your party during your stay, as well as any additional charges if excessive cleaning is required.
