Welcome to your stylish retreat! This modern home offers two en-suite bedrooms with queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living area, and a private patio. The primary bedroom features a standing desk, monitor, and private patio, while the second boasts a tub/shower combo. Enjoy smart TVs, a washer/dryer, a gas grill, and a large yard. Conveniently located, this home is perfect for work or relaxation! Weekly and monthly discounts built in!
The Space:
Professionally designed and remodeled, everything from the furniture to the linens were carefully chosen to ensure a 5-Star Stay, maximize comfort, aesthetic, and functionality! The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a standing desk with a monitor, a smart TV, a dresser, and a private patio with seating. An en-suite bathroom offers double vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed, a smart TV, a dresser, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The living room provides a cozy space to relax with a smart TV and a pull-up coffee table for added convenience. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, including a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a reverse osmosis water system. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Ninja coffee maker.
A stacked washer and dryer with detergent is available for your use. Outside, enjoy the patio with a gas grill, comfortable seating, and a large yard space for fresh air and relaxation.

It’s a short drive to downtown Austin, and major roads like I-35 and US-183 are easily accessible. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Public transportation is also an option, with nearby bus stops connecting to the CapMetro system. If you prefer biking or walking, East Austin’s growing network of bike lanes and pedestrian-friendly streets make it easy to explore the area.
