A great quiet place in the country that was perfect for our family getaway. It's close to both Branson and Hollister. My grandkids loved the occasional deer sighting and easy access to a great fishing spot. We highly recommend this place!

Lots of space for our group! Nice to have two full fridges however the inside one was having a hard time keeping cool. Owner was quickly responsive and willing to have someone look at asap. Owner had the house ready early and allowed early check which was so nice!

This was a great place for our family gathering. The waterfront was a beautiful sight each evening. The place is close enough to the many attractions of Branson, but also secluded enough for privacy. The occasional deer sighting was a treat for the kids. Check in was super easy, and the host was very accommodating. We highly recommend this place!

We had a great time. House is very clean, has everything you need. There was wood for the fire pit which we enjoyed every night. Probably my favorite part. Host checked in with us to make sure everything was good. We would definitely come back.

Nice big house to hold our 13 person family. Kids loved playing in the water. Enjoyed playing with the kayaks. Everyone one was disappointed to leave. We had a great time.

We had 13 guests in total for our weekend stay and everyone enjoyed the house that felt like home. Very spotless home. Well stocked kitchen with great coffee options for the Kurig! Plenty of entertainment for kids and adults including board games, outdoor games, the hot tub, short walk to the water for swimming or fishing, (extra poles/tackle in the garage), the fire pit, and the large yard for the kids to play. The outdoor seating was cozy and perfect for watching the kids play and enjoying the sunset! We all had plenty of space to congregate/spread out inside and outside.The towels were the BEST towels I've used compared to any other hotel/rental. Forget your soap for showering? They had fully stocked shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom as well as lotion. Not the cheap stuff either. Our host, Dan, was very exceptional amd quick to communicate. We had a small hiccup on our last day. Dan responded and was at our service within a few minutes. This home really is a slice of heaven and hosted by a great guy. We highly recommend and will be back!

We had a great stay! The house was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything needed to cook real meals, plus a full coffee bar, which was a nice touch.The hot tub was clean and a lot of fun, and the view of the lake from the house was absolutely beautiful. We loved how private the property felt, yet it was still super close to everything in Branson, a perfect balance.The outdoor amenities were a bonus. We used the fire pit (with wood provided!), the grill, and really enjoyed relaxing by the lake. My kids especially loved using the kayak, and there were even folding chairs, which made hanging out by the water enjoyable.Would definitely stay here again!

Daniel was a great host and had the house prepared and we were prepared with good instructions. He even had a Christmas tree and a few decorations out to help set the mood for Christmas spirit. The only thing I would suggest is in his directions to find the property, begin with the fact that Highway 14 is 1/4 mile into Arkansas. (We missed it in the dark, and had an adventure.) Overall, my family had a wonderful time! Thank you so much, Daniel!
