Bara några steg från stranden av Chippewa Lake, Ohio största naturliga sjö, är Brookshore Cottage både rymlig och mysig. Byggd som en sommarstuga för familjen retreater, har utbyggnad och renovering gjort det en fröjd för dagens resenärer. Bekväm sovplats för upp till 12, finns 2 sovrum (en kung och en drottning) och ett badrum på bottenvåningen. Var och en av dessa rum har en TV. Den andra våningen erbjuder extra sovplats för åtta och ett annat badrum. Handy första våningen tvätt. Huvudområde omfattar 60. Storbilds-TV i vardagsrummet, fullt utrustat kök, stor matplats och biljardbord. Sängkläder och handdukar finns också. Utanför finns en skuggig gård med stor Morf för barn och en kortlek med gas grill. Utemöbler finns för slappa. Sjön är ett kort avstånd och erbjuder rekreation plus vackra solnedgångar. Cottage Girls Trip

Wonderfully close to the beach and community center

A lovely older home, with the attic punched out to provide additional sleeping and two full baths. We didn't bring kids, but the swing set and close proximity to the large neighborhood playground would be great if you bring the whole family.

Great location and family friendly!

We had a great stay! Location was perfect close to nearby park and lake. Lots of extras for families and kids which was super helpful. Little swingset was perfect. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Beautiful cottage stay

Plenty of room for the family and the owners had plenty of items to entertain all ages. We didn't have time to use most of them as we were there for my son's wedding. Loved the house and would recommend it.

Family reunion

We stayed at the cottage while attending a family Reunion at the lodge on the other side of the lake. Chippawa is a very nice lake with lots to do. The cottage located close to the lake.

Great Family Friendly Cottage

We loved that the property and area were family friendly. There was plenty of room for everyone. My kids loved the games and playset on the property, but also that the community playground and beach were within walking distance.

Weekend getaway

A large group of 10 stayed. Nice little place. But the gem is the towns of Chippewa Lake and Medina. Highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit either place

Coming Home

198 Brookshore is a place we've stayed several times. It's in a great locatiion in beautiful Chippewa Lake. Neighbors are nice. You are in walking distance of the Village Inn (for good food and a cold Guinness), the Chippewa Beverage store (for lunch meat, beer, ice cream cones, etc.), the Oaks Lakeside (for music and fine dining) and, of course, Ohio's largest natural lake!

Beautiful property for large property

Wow what a gorgeous property! We are a very large inter generational family, and this house suited us perfectly. The boys LOVED the hideaway upstairs. The girls loved the privacy of the additional bedroom. Everything worked, everything was clean. The pool table was such fun! We would definitely stay here again if we visit the region again.

Chippewa Lake Brookside

The property was perfect for our family and to celebrate Christmas. The property had everything we needed. We were comfortable in the house and had more than we had expected. Property managers answered our questions promptly and very friendly and helpful.

Cozy cottage stay

Stayed here with 7 adults. We were going to have 10 -12 but that would not have been comfortable for more than 8 adults. Host let us know that the twin/ trundle had been broken by previous guest but the 2 low twin mattresses in the loft would have been ok for chlildren or someone that didnt need privacy. It had not been thoroughly cleaned, that's why I gave a 3.

Felt like home

The Brookshore Cottage is a very clean and comfortable home away from home. We could not have asked for a better place for our getaway. The neighborhood is very nice and very quiet. Family visiting to attend a wedding.

Family came from Virginia, Colorado, Alaska, and Indiana to attend a wedding in Medina. Additional family from the area also attended a gathering at the cottage. The swing set and slide were enjoyed by the little ones and the back patio, front porch and living room were enjoyed by family members. This is a lovely house and we fully enjoyed the comfortable living spaces.

Early Thanksgiving Get Together

We stayed at this Chippewa Lake house in early November, as an early Thanksgiving get-together. Our family was raised in Medina and has scattered throughout the country over the years so this house served as an ideal middle ground. The place was comfortable and had plenty of room for our group of 8 people. There was a short walk to the lake, which is quite picturesque and offered us our morning and evening exercise. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and had plenty of table space to enjoy the meal together. The kitchen and bath rooms were well-stocked with plentiful sheets. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep (except for measuring cups and measuring spoons). We had a minor issue at check in but the owner was very responsive and accommodating. We had some trouble getting the TV in the living room to access some of our channels. Both were small issues and the owner responded promptly to our questions. All in all, a good stay. Enjoyed getting the family together. We'd rent this place again.
